Went there for a biogel full set and a shellac pedicure, the pedicure was rushed no scraping for the feet just a buff no massage (which I saw others have) my biogel full set which I paid 55$ for barely lasted a week the biogel actually lifted off my nail entirely leaving only the nail tip glued to my nail. Nails were lumpy cut differently shaped differently quite disappointing will not return.

I went there few days ago. First of all, my appointment was delayed on 15 minutes. Second, the quality of shellac is very bad. Mey was in rush because another appointment was coming, and she did manicure very fast, so my layers have many nobs. Quality is terrible. It was my second time visiting this place and i don't recommend it. For $70+ you can get more professional service.

Take their time, very polite, gentle on nail bed, and don't overcharge. Got a gel refill with acrylics. Will likely come back again.

It really depends who you get. This is my first time there and I don't know the girl's name. She cut me when she cut my cuticles and she can't speak much English (I don't expect her to speak fluent English but she doesn't even understand the color that I want). I've been to more professional salons with better service and similar price point. I don't think I'll go back.

My experience has always been amazing st this nail salon. Staff are friendly and are willing to accommodate you and your budget. They really know their work when it comes to waxing, nails and have the best customer service as well. Nancy is always nice, Kym and Lily are my favorite!
