Nick is great! He built us a new Windows 10 gaming computer since our Windows 7 were no longer supported. He also upgraded our laptop and another desktop with Windows 10. He got everything done very quickly. We have used him in the past and will be using him again.

So happy we found Zepps Home Computer Repair! Nick was able to retrieve tons of our family photos from an old external hard drive for us. He also cleaned up our home computer to get it working much faster. He was professional and prompt in all our dealings with him. A real pleasure to work with!

Nick was very helpful with all of our computer and internet needs. Our internet was very slow and we had many dead spots throughout the home. He installed a mesh wi-fi system that works great with all of our devices and we now have a strong wi-fi signal even in the front and backyard. Nick also fixed my two laptops, one needed a new battery and charging cable, he also cleaned them both up so they run much faster. Nick is very conscientious of his work, efficiency and cleanliness pertaining to Covid as he wore a mask and gloves the whole time he was here. He is very friendly, informative and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. I'm so happy to have found Nick and will definitely use him again in the future.

Nick has done an excellent job keeping my business computers and servers up and functional. He is super sharp, personable, and no confusing computer jargon. You can tell he cares and is not looking to take advantage of your computer knowledge short comings. We use Nick for our automotive business, Nick was able to get us a higher google ranking than a big website company that only handles automotive repair shops. Nick is a great person to work with. He was also able to repair an old windows computer that we needed to save for a program. He was able to get a color printer for a old windows xp computer and get it installed and working. Been recommending Nick to all my automotive friends.

Nick's service and skills are excellent. Not only did he quickly diagnosed my computer issue but with the fix, my computer is performing better than ever. Nick was a real pleasure working with and communicated with me throughout the process. Glad I found him and now Nick is my go-to computer service professional.

All I can say is WOW! Nick was a professional yet still personable and extremely helpful and, most importantly, successful!! I had a 1tb external hard drive that failed and I was not able to access any of my many, many years of photos, videos, and files. From my wedding to the birth of my daughter and so on I feared it was all lost to the electronics gremlins. However I googles computer repair in my area, got Nicks number, and have him a call. I explained to him my problem and he was happy and excited to try and help me. I brought my drive to him and after some investigation he gave me a quote and started his work. I would say he was 99.8% successful in getting the data off my drive. There was some corrupted files which I understand is inherent with this type of work, but the VAST majority was there and ready to use. I couldn't be more happy with the service, speed, and customer service from Nick. If you're having any computer issues I would say he is for sure your guy!! Thanks Nick!!!

Nick is amazing. He helped me with my computer problems a few years ago, awesomely, so when my computer was on its last legs, I knew to ask him about building me a new computer. He asked some questions to figure out how to customize it to my liking (asking what kind of games I was planning to play, to look up those games' system requirements, etc.), was honest & helpful when I had questions, and genuinely worked to make me something I would love using for years to come. The prices were fair & he was honest about how it all worked. Now I have a new computer that is far more Me than anything I could've bought online. And Nick, the games are sharper looking & run much smoother than my older computer, definitely a worthwhile upgrade. You're the best.
