Fantasic service. We have never had such great service at any other communications center or store in general. We received our product properly, greeted with a caring disposition, saved us money, and filled our needs appropriately. A true professional. Even minor details were accounted for, describing who's modem was who's by identifying them as she knew we had a busy day and could potentially mix them up. Thanks so much, we will be back. Hopefully with a different odd sweater we can talk about.

Came in for a replacement modem yesterday. The girl behind the counter was super nice and helpful! Swapped my modem within 5 minutes and sent me on my way! Internet works great now! Thank you Cogeco ma'am! (Sorry I didn't get your name lol)

I had a salesman by the name of Steven, he sold me on Cogeco 1gb internet with cable and free installation with also no extra charge for the extra boxes. I couldn't get it installed because Cogeco won't service my address because a previous tenant who had Cogeco didn't pay the cancellation fee and screwed me out of Cogeco. I want this resolved and I don't think that I should have pay for someone else's negligence. This isn't fair to a customer who was willing to pay for your services and now I can not. Please resolve this issue!!!!!!!

Kyle at the Hamilton location was amazing. Really appreciated his calm demeanour. Very informative and explained everything very well. He was able to get us the most updated modem and went over the set up process with us. Also was able to obtain a credit for a loss of service. Thank you for putting the customer first, it’s why we stay loyal to cogeco.

After 20 years I switched back to Cogeco and their cable internet access. Staff was very helpful and they even upgraded my modem so I can easily increase the bandwidth down the road, if needed.

I bought 1gbps internet on May 4th. First technician came and told me you don’t have cable and left. After some days I took another technician appointment, they came and told me your cable is broken. First technician didn’t even check properly. When I called technical support for the issue they assure me that in the third appointment your issue will be resolved. But no progress. Actually I don’t have cable in my apartment and they told me this will be fixed by some third part contractor. But no fixed date. Even I called today so they replied me with we don’t know when they gonna install the cable to your apartment. Seriously, I am without the internet since 4th May, 2023 and still no updates. I would never recommend to anyone.

Feb 14 - my cable internet was supposed to be installed by a Cogeco technician. That day I received an email/text that my internet was good to go, just have to plug in. Problem is they didn't even come check if I have a cable line installed to the house. Feb 16 - technician comes to install cable. Tells me they need to do a maintenance request order to have a truck and another tech install a cable line. They said it would be later that day or the next day. Later that day they confirmed it would take up to 10 business days to do this. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never recommend this company. UPDATE: Cogeco scheduled to do the install on Saturday Feb 25. Two Cogeco trucks came and parked outside of our home at different times in the afternoon, stayed for about 20 minutes and left without installing the cable internet or even knocking on our door to let us know why. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Abysmal customer service.

The network was supposed to be installed seven days ago, but the installation date was rescheduled because the road was closed. However, the road has been opened for a week, and the technician even noted that the road was closed without visiting. I spent money to buy data for my mobile phone, but today I called the customer service three times and told me that I still have to reschedule the time to install the network. During this special period, how can I go online without a network and how do I hand in homework? Can the technician bear these losses? There is no professional ethics at all, and will never use any service of this company.
