Excellent place Daniels gateway to live. I m living last 6 years at 2900 Rio CRT and found this a family friendly place. I have recently introduced one of my friends family and they are very happy. Today I am going to introduce another friend family to get unit in my same lane. Believe me anyone visits me like to live here. Moreover Tenant manager Kavita Harrylal and leasing agent Whitney always cooperative and respect me as their loyal and longstanding tenant. I had very wonderful experience with Our leasing agent Jazzlyne in Daniels gateway. She was very helpful in showing different property to me. She made the the prcoess fast and very smooth and we got approval in 3 days. We worked with Jazzlyne to find a new home after our last landlord needed to take our rental back for personal use. She was incredible to work with, and went above and beyond to book us showings that were within our price range and had the specifics we were looking for. She was able to review and get our paperwork in so quickly that we were able to secure the place within the week. Even after we had moved in, she followed up to make sure everything was alright, and that any maintenance issues were followed up on. We couldn't be happier with the service and responses to any issues we've had and we hope to be here for a while as we work on the next step of home ownership!

We were really looking to rent from this company. We called to do a follow up call inquiring about a house to rent for August. They had said someone would’ve contacted us back and no answer. We followed up today regarding looking at a house and the lady on the phone was giving attitude and had poor customer service skills. You guys should watch who you hire because they are the faces of your company.

My parents and I have been living in a Daniels rental for years now and we are extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the staff.We experienced a minor issue a couple weeks ago in our unit and Genevieve, who is the Sr. Manager of Gateway operations, was amazing and helped us out tremendously. She is very friendly, attentive and professional!

An absolute nightmare of an experience. If you are considering renting from this company - don’t. It’s not worth the mental energy to deal with their team. My account manager was not helpful at all and was only willing to deal with issues once they’ve been escalated to the head office. They’d also schedule a phone call with you and then ghost you COMPLETELY with absolutely no respect for your time. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone - except for Kim - on the phone. Despite constant efforts to communicate, accounting errors were still being made. It was such a hassle to get my rent deposit back. I’m just glad I was able claim my money back after rounds of escalations to the head office and even reached out to their executive team for help. To conclude, if you want to stay sane, avoid this company altogether and stay as faraway as possible.

We've moved to the Daniels Gateway rentals in Artesian Drive just couple of months ago with the help of our agent Jazzlyne. Overall, these townhouses are very good for working family as the location is right next to 403 and Winston Churchill. We love the place and the entire application process was a breeze. Jazzlyne works like a pro and able to secure the best options for us after viewing couple of properties around Mississauga area.
