The Salvation Army Thrift Store
Undoubtedly the worst store in the chain. Electronics is HUGELY overpriced, and the management does not respect customers. I brought to the attention of the supervisor that inside the Apple TV 4K box is a basic 3rd Gen product, not worth more then $10. My remarks were totally ignorant and after 3 weeks absolutely nothing changed. It shows poor judgement and disrespect towards customers. The amplifier is in the same spot and in the same spot for 2 months. At least 3x overpriced it will be there forever. I find their level of incompetence truly appalling. Is it really impossible to find people who are responsible, can think and treat the job seriously?Maybe a visit from the Head Office and and some good shaking can wake up these lazy ladies ?? PS. The same Apple TV purchased by me at Value Village for $9.99 !!

Used to be a good store, but as of late their prices have skyrocketed to insanely unreasonable prices. They keep forgetting that they are selling used items, and yet they seem to think it is appropriate for them to price items at new prices. Sometimes they even price items to what they see online like eBay and otherwise. But what they don't know is eBay and stores like that cater to two countries whereas Salvation Army caters to small tiny neighborhood. So salvation army, don't get so cocky otherwise you'd be stuck with the items a lot longer then necessary.

Pricing on most items was very fair, store was very clean and organized. One long blonde haired woman setting up a display was extremely rude.. the display was being set up right next to the cashier so people were interested .. she snapped a couple of times stating the items were being set up for display and were not to be touched..

It's a fairly large store. I think the prices are sort of high. There is a seniors discount and if you have a donation ask for a 20% off coupon.

The Less stock that’s in the racks the higher and more absurd the prices will be, I think the pricers is stuck in 2002 and thinks banana republic, lululemon, etc is the equivalent to runway couture fashions. Staff need to be educated on CURRENT market VALUES

Called on the phone that they will accept my new mattress. When I arrived, they changed their mind. The staff started bulls***ing, e.g. our company policy actually doesn't allow mattress...we got mattress from a variety of sources... So why didn't you tell me on the phone? Shame on you! Dishonest business wasted my time.I ended up selling on Facebook marketplace for $200.

Whatever happened to nonprofit and making things affordable for the common folks? This Salvation Army is reselling free donated goods at a premium. Way over the top pricing for something that was donated for free. Everything is $3 to $10 or more than what it's worth. Some things are over the price than what's worth in a regular retail store. A small tea cup $5.99, small water jug $12.99? These are $2 and $5 at best. Incredible! They are neat and organized, but beware of the ridiculous prices. I will not shop and I will not donate anything to the Salvation Army here. I simply walked out.

Let's start with the positives: they have a large selection of items, and if you're really skillfull you can find a bargain. Shout out to Jay - he's very nice. Be careful of Shirley. She is very grumpy and rude. My friend tried to buy a belt and she yanked it away from her because it didn't have a price tag on it. She didn't even apologize. Also they are gouging prices - I bought a cheap wooden craft that was given out at a festival and they had it priced at $6. Keep in mind that this was handed out for free. FOR FREE!

A friend and I stopped in here yesterday and the staff were so rude. Especially the blonde manager who looks like she's 45 and has 3 kids with 3 different dads. She was just bitter and miserable. And can we please talk about why tf this thrift store is selling old purses for like $30 or $40??? And old shoes for $20?? Like they get all this stuff for free and none of it is even clean or in good condition and they have the audacity to charge regular store prices? Don't waste your time with this one.
