Worst service ever

Clean A.V. install, nicely tucked wires etc. Slow but done correctly.

received an email today, stating that I have been charged for Geek Squad PC support for three years. I search the google to see who are these company. Then I called the number on the site and request a call back, after 30 minutes someone called me back named Rogers. When I explained to him the situation, he told me I am sorry you have been charged by mistake go to hsupport.us so we could process the refund. He gave me a code to enter, then suddenly my PC went blue. I shut it down ASAP and told him what is going on , it seems my computer getting hacked, he told me to go F... yourself" and hung-up.I called Best Buy talked to the agent and he said he will contact me to a legit Geek Squad agent

The worst communication and customer service I have ever dealt with. I pay for the top monthly package to minimize disruptions and although they stated they would transfer over my data to a loaner laptop within 24 hrs, they failed to do so. The worst part is after 30 mins on the phone with two different central customer service personnel, I was never able to get to speak to anyone at this store in order to get an update of where my loaner laptop was which means I cannot effectively work. Once I get my laptop back I will be canceling my plan with Geek Squad all together.

Just wanted to commend Benjamin at Geek Squad at 798 Granville street. We came in to give in our external drive for data recovery and Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional. He is a great asset to your company. How can I get a bill from geek squad $580.00more expensive than the proce of the actual computer....now can anyone yell me whe this is and why I've not been able to talk to anyone to get this resolved ..waiting patiently

The people that built my PC did a good job, but when I contacted tech. Support they told me they could basically clone my old computer on to my new computer. They got me to back up my old computer for a day and a half on to the cloud. After that the next tech support person told me they didn’t recommend restoring it because of different hardware. A huge waste of time. I’m very disappointed in paying for this service and will never do it again

I am extremely dissatisfied by my service from Geek Squad at the Granville Street Best Buy. I took my laptop in for a battery replacement and was charged for diagnosis. They declined to work on my computer citing that they could not find replacement parts. I then had my laptop fixed by a different shop which managed to find OEM replacement parts. I returned to Geek Squad and they still refused to issue me a refund for the diagnostic fee.

You can't get ahold of them

I called to get a time and cost estimate to repair a laptop keyboard. After going through the phone tree I was told it would be a 60 minute wait to talk to someone. I'm not sure how they even get new business!
