Even though yard crane knock down my mirror as I was parked there and I was waiting to get loaded, I still believe that they are very nice and helpful people,

Safety is prime. The Terminal is very tidy. All staff fromManagement/ Operations through Securityto boots on the ground are extremely help full.

Great place to work

Rude, ignorant, but what do you expect from a facility controlled and operated not by management but by unions. Definitely not customer friendly. I’m a regular there. I’ve tried to be generous here by giving two stars. One needs to know the history of this, it starts with check in, the lowest point of this location. Their attitude is you are there at Ceres leisure, one person in particular has a rather odd interpretation of service.. He knows who he is, despised by all regulars. Definitely requires a major attitude adjustment. I’m sure management is aware but helpless to intervene. If this facility can be avoided by all means do so.

First time here. Very confusing. More signage needed. Nice staff and employees.

This is now called PSA Fairview Cove. It has become a very clean facility.
