It was a very pleasant experience working with ShadeZone in replacing our blinds. Max was great to deal with, very friendly, personable and professional. Never tried to up sale and listened to what we wanted and provided the right advise. Prices are very competitive and has many options to meet various preferences. Service was prompt and easy. Max installed blinds himself late in the day wanting to ensure all goes well. More than happy to deal with him again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Wow a big thank you to Max and Erika for helping find the blinds that I wanted.They came out for a free and quick estimate to get the exact measurements and then placed our order. About 4-5 weeks later we had our blinds installed by Max and his teammate who were friendly, quick and thorough in their install and explaining how the blinds worked and how they are maintained.They look amazing - thank you Shade Zone.

I now understand why they have such perfect ratings on google review. If you want to understand what it means to go above and beyond for your customers, this is the place to be. Max and Erika are very friendly and their wealth of knowledge made it easy to pick out which blinds would best suit our needs, especially with our high ceilings. The installation was quick, Max removed our old blinds and he showed us how to set up our blinds using the app/control.Thank you Max and Erika! :)

Max and Erica are brilliant in their service! From the moment we stepped into their shop, we were given the best experience! Erica was very patient in giving us good advice on various products available after understanding our needs. She gave us a prompt and detailed estimate that made it easy to make a purchase decision. Max did the installation well before the quoted timeframe. He was respectful and efficient in his service. Great people and business, would recommend hands down!

Max was so professional and personable right from the get-go. Someone you actually enjoy inviting into your home to sell you on upgrades (renos). He explained everything so well, showed us all of the options over and over again, and was incredibly patient with us. Months later, we were finally able to make the decision to go for it, and Max still offered us the same deal/quote (no increased costs, no new fees or anything).Well they were just here for the install and we couldn't be happier! Again, so professional and personable, no bad feelings having him and his team in your home. They're also so respectful of your home and belongings. Everything was installed so well, any little mess was cleaned up immediately, and they took the old blinds with them too. After it was all completed Max gave us a thorough run-through of all the remotes and chargers and completely set up the app for us.All-in-all we would and will recommend ShadeZone to anyone we know who are looking for new blinds/shades.Very happy customers here!

Max and team gave us top notch service from start to finish. Very knowledgable about what our options were, guided us throughout the whole process, everything felt streamlined and you could tell that this business has lots of experience. This is what I was hoping for from an owner-operated business, and they really delivered on the quality. The installation went very smoothly, the results look fantastic!!! Will be recommending them to friends and family.
