Stu and his team are amazing! Very responsive, professional, and empathetic. We moved into our brand new home without soffits installed by our builder which led to a raccoon getting inside our attic and eventually having 4 babies. Stu worked with us closely to come up with solutions how to safely remove the raccoons. We would definitely recommend Bad Company!

Fascia on the corner roof was coming off and part of the roof was chewed off by a raccoon or a squirrel.Stewart and Mitch came out, the next day took care of the problem. There wasn’t any rodents in the attic. They re attached the fascia, at no charge.The service was excellent. They messaged me back right away, very honest, punctual, excellent communication. These guys are thorough, effective and very nice to deal with. They diagnosed and removed squirrels from our attic walls without harming them. (Another big company had told us the problem was mice.) I also had them by to inspect our shed and house for skunk and chipmunk entry points and they were timely, very thorough and provided cost effective suggestions to fix potential issues (to be done ourselves). They never tried to upsell. First people I will call if another issue comes up.

They were unable to provide a quote as the complexity with having a semi-detached home with a deck and mouse issues, it would require substantial rework (removal of deck, and complete renovation of our garage). We were willing however they wanted to stand by their 10 year guarantee which they were unable to do at our home as their services didn't align with our circumstances. It was a shame and is the only reason for the 4-star rating - still a professional company with great customer service and high level of honesty.

Great company that I highly recommend for animal removal. We had quite the experience starting off with a mama raccoon who ripped off our roof vent. She ended up having her 5 kits in our attic. They sounded like birds chirping in the middle of the night. When the guys came to inspect the area, she was vicious, and she wasn't letting anyone near her babies. Mama started hiding her babies in different areas and even dropped one down the wall. They came by several times to check on them and made sure there was only one entry to get in and out. They put screening over the roof vents and new plumping mats and screened the roof soffit intersections.They even replaced the soffit that mama chewed open when she was looking for a new way out. They made her only entrance very difficult for her to get in and out comfortably, and once she was forced to leave, they put a 1-way trap door to make sure she was gone. They came back one last time to replace the broken roof vent and install a new screen over it. I feel they went above and beyond expectations, and their pricing was a significant amount lower than the other guys for the same type of service provided.

They were punctual, friendly, and knew their stuff! They managed to dig a trench around my huge deck, put in the fencing, and the one way door, and backfill the trench in less than 3 hours. Haven’t seen the skunk since! Highly recommend!

They did the best job I have had and at very good price when I compared to other like businesses after the one way door was put in they came back and put up aluminum cover plate.Thanks again
