We are pleased with the service from Liam at Wildside. He inspected my mom’s house, and found 2 possible entry points for mice. He installed devices there, that would let the mice exit the house, but not get back in. Liam was friendly, informative, and efficient. I would certainly recommend his services that keep the critters outside where they belong.

I would 100% recommend Liam for wildlife removal. He is honest (zero upsell on services that I did not need), he is a great communicator (called to advise when he was coming & to tell me he could not come due to weather), he is punctual, does great work & is very personable. Nothing else to say other than Liam is your guy if you need a critter removed from your premises.

My wife and I moved into an older Burlington home and discovered signs of mice shortly after moving in. We called Wildside Wildlife Removal and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Liam was very informative - educating us on how mice get into the property and reviewing the steps to take to ensure our house is properly sealed. Liam not only took care of our issue, but took the time to explain the why and the what, providing me with comfort that we were doing the right thing. Absolutely amazing service! When we heard a scratching noise from outside we called Wildside to come take a look. Liam quickly found the culprit (racoons), inspected the house and identified other points they could have been accessing and came up with a plan to get them out and keep them deterred. Fast, friendly and comprehensive service....would totally recommend!

I called this business to complete an inspection on my roof/attic after noticing sounds that turned out to be a raccoon. Liam called me to confirm his arrival and he conducted a very thorough inspection of the affected areas. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered very fair services and pricing. I felt very comfortable with him coming into the house to enter the attic, after which he took the time to communicate clearly what the next steps would be and confidently answered all of my questions. I would greatly recommend calling Wildside for any animal control/pest issues as Liam was friendly, professional and responsive!

I would give this company and Liam a 10 ratingHe was very professional, courteous, friendly and gave EXCELLENT customer service. He explained exactly what had to be done. Informed me that although I was given a quote, it could be possible that additional work would be required resulting in an additional cost (although this did not occur - I at least would not have been unprepared for an additional cost).Liam was on time, called in advance just to let me know he was on his way)Workmanship is excellent.I would definitely refer Wildside Wildlife Removal to friends and family.

I have to say as a long haul truck driver I’m truly not home much. Which was a major concern for me seeing as I had encountered a roommate in the form of a raccoon. I reached out to WildSide and the response was very quick and Liam was incredible in taking care of my issue without me having to be there. He was a true professional through and through from clean up, prevention, and repair. I never once met Liam face to face we spoke through text and he put my mind at easy and took care of it all. Liam did a terrific job installing a protective screen around my deck. He went above and beyond, custom fitting wood trim where the brick butts up against the house. I feel a lot better knowing that my rat visitor will no longer be able to reside under my deck.Liam was friendly, personable and highly professional. He did the work when he said he would do the work and did it to a high standard of quality and care.I would absolutely recommend Wildside Wildlife Removal to anybody dealing with an unwanted guest.

We were extremely satisfied with Liam’s service and would highly recommend. We noticed there may be mice in our home and Liam came and did a full inspection, and gave us an honest opinion around where he thought they were coming from and how to resolve the issue.Liam quoted a fair price and came and fenced off where our sunroom attaches to our house, and installed a one way door for the mice to make their way out and not be able to return. Liam was reliable, punctual and also extremely personable. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.
