Nasty wasp nest in the backyard, vicious creatures that attacked and stung me. I called the Pest Maven, he showed up within an hour and did a great job. The man is very friendly and knowledgeable, obviously with deep, extensive biology background, gave me good advice about other potential critters.Strongly recommend him!

After putting up with a determined woodpecker causing damage, I found Robert's name on the internet. Based on the reviews, I decided to call him this morning. He arrived a couple of hours later and took care of the problem in a professional manner. He also had to climb up a very high ladder to get to the area of the house which was getting damaged by the woodpecker. Robert was very pleasant, easy to deal with, on time and willing to share some tips. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Called PestMaven (Rob) and he came by my place on time! (big pet peeve of mine is waiting around for contractors etc who never arrive on time or call to let you know they are running late) so that's a good start. We walked the residence with me explaining my issues and Rob pointed out why I was having the issues and what we could do to mitigate the rats/mice. Rob carefully explained what products and tools (poison and traps) he recommended, how they affected the pests and what I as the home owner should be aware of with regards to the efficacy and more importantly the safety. Rob delivered on what he promised and my rat/mice issue is under control. I will use PestMaven's services again and I 100% recommend.

We had a serious raccoon problem in our attic and we first noticed it in the middle of a long weekend and needed someone to get rid of them as soon as possible. I called Pest Maven and they responded within an hour and immediately started the removal process. A couple of hours later the raccoons, a female and 4 young, were on their way to be relocated in a remote area far from any residential areas. I would recommend Pest Maven for all rodent and pest problems.

A few days ago, I heard a creature was scratching above my head from the attic. Something must have penetrated into my attic. Perhaps Racoon? I called Pest Maven and Rob and a gentleman (Was it Matt?) showed up at my door next day which was Saturday as it was not an emergency. Rob examined the situation from outside and inside (went into attic where it is full of fibre blown in). He quickly determined it was squirrle coming in through the venting shade. He photographed the trace creatures in the attic (they were all out when he went in) and installed aluminum screens in two potential entries. Rob showed courtesy to remove his boots when entering the house and clean up all his work as well. While he is working on it, the other fellow found a wasp nest on a side of my house and he terminated it as well. Their rate was very competitive and over all I was satisfied and had the peaceful day afterward. Thank you Rob.

Pest Maven is our pest control company choice. I've used a variety of companies in the past that turned out to be substantially more expensive and not even close to the effectiveness of Pest Maven. Super efficient, professional and dependable. I won't use anyone else.
