Honest, efficient, reasonably priced, clear communication. I had a couple difficult leaks, Team took a lot of care to limit demo and managed to fix the leaks without needed to call in a carpenter to cut joists, etc. This literally saved me many thousands of dollars. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and these guys were by far the best I've worked with.

I am so glad to have find them. Adrian came over to fix the shower handle. It turned out it was 20 years old and never serviced. He walked through all the possible scenarios & costs, and conducted the job successfully. We are very happy with the final outcome. Definitely recommended!

From start to finish this service is outstanding in every way! The technician (Ethan) was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way! Ethan came out and installed 2 new toilets and converted a shower valve from a 2 handle hot and cold knobs to a single one, he was professional, friendly and courteous! He arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner, he also did a wonderful job in cleaning everything up! John and Ethan were extremely professional and knowledgeable and they will be the experts I call going forward. I contacted them to investigate a leak. John was very pleasant during my first call, providing me with general thoughts on how things might unfold. Ethan attended my condo and it was quite clear from our discussion that he knew what he was doing, and was very experienced. I would 100% recommend wrench it up plumbing service . Unfortunately, they were not the first call I made but from here on they will be the only plumber I call. They came to my rescue to repair a leaking water pipe and to replace a broken thermostatic shower. I was so pleased with their work and advice that I called them back to install a new water softener. They were good at communicating, they emailed me pictures of the work as it was happening, and their prices were very reasonable. Michael was polite and friendly; he was also very informative and took time to explain the various options available to me. Finally, he left my property clean and tidy

They did a great job, at a more than fair price! plumber and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We had issues with hot water flow which required replacement of Water Heater and rewiring of the existing pipes. Given the small space allocated in our condo for WH, both of the tasks were challenging. Adrian completed both of the tasks successfully and to our satisfaction. Due to condo being old, we had many surprises during the job, but his guidance and experience proved to be very helpful throughtout. I would recommend WIU's work to anyone.

Wrench it up plumbing were excellent. I needed my kitchen and laundry sink installed and they came right away and fixed both in just a few hours. They also were very honest and professional and made sure they were providing me with the best service without taking advantage.
