The Sundance Spa & Sauna Store Oakville

I moved into a home that had a hot tub and although it is not a Sundance Spa, the people at the Oakville store have been more then helpful in advising me how to maintain and enjoy the tub. Any hot tub I get in the future will definitely be from this store.Just wanted to add that I now have a Sundance Hot Tub. The one we got with the house was leaking a lot and we decided to replace it. We went with Sundance because their staff were always so helpful even though the tub we inherited was not a Sundance. We are so glad we did because again everyone was so helpful. Chris was our salesperson and Bill and his service crew, Mark, Ryan and Andy all did an excellent job, were all conscientious and more then patient with our questions. Even the other sales people, Brian in particular, were very helpful when we had questions. We are very impressed by the quality of the entire staff.It has been over a year that we bought our Sundance Spa - and the service continues to be great - anytime I have a question I just drop by the Oakville location and regardless who is in that day - everyone has always been more then helpful. This is particularly impressive considering that they know I am not in the market for another spa (so soon) but still provide the best of service.Even during these crazy times there has always been someone at the store answering questions over the phone and being their helpful selves, very nice to see that customer service still exists in some businesses,

We bought the Edison 680, which seats 6 adults. Four of those seats are deep with the others a bit higher/shallower, so are good for kids too. We LOVE our hot tub, it feels like being on vacation. Our almost 5-year old son loves it too.Top-notch service all the way and better availability of hot tubs than at other places we looked at. Brian was always eager to help before the purchase, during the process of getting it to our place and the after-sales service has been great. Brian came to see us about a week after install to see how we were getting on with the functionality and using chlorine etc. I love that they don't outsource after-sales service - I just call the store and am always made to feel welcome.They work with great partners too, Liberty Electrical were fantastic and the delivery company were helpful too.All the way along, they were responsive and stuck to timelines.Hot tubs have been in high demand (and short supply) during the pandemic. The Oakville store orders hot tubs ahead of time in anticipation of demand, so this helped us get our hot tub much sooner than lead times with other stores/brands.

We purchased our Sundance Optima with Sandy at the Spa store in Oakville. We wet tested a number of different brands and decided on Sundance and the Optima due to the superior product feel, experience and customer service. The delivery team showed up as scheduled and were friendly and efficient. Their aftercare service has been great - we needed additional details for installation in our deck and they went above and beyond to provide us with the specifications. We have been using our spa for a few years now and enjoy it almost every day! Our 3 and 5 year old have been in it constantly the past 5 months.

Incredible customer service and high quality products. Sundance goes above and beyond for their customers and don’t leave you high and dry like many companies do/would once you’ve made your purchase. We bought our hot tub approx. 2 years ago now and they’re just as quick to help out with advice and explanations as they were the day we bought it. Highly recommended for any and all hot tub needs.

UPDATE: It has been 4 years since posting original review below. Hot tub has been flawless and store staff great to interact with when going for upkeep items such as chemicals and filters.Superior people, product, store and service! I researched a lot prior and easily came back to Sundance as my decision. Every aspect of the Sundance team was great! Sandy in sales educated us, answered all of our many questions and genuinely cares about finding the best product for the person. The delivery team was extraordinary with their knowledge, patience, precision and kindness. Wonderful starting experience and look forward to many years of business together.

Sundance Oakville and Hamilton helped us to make the right decision and select the Optima Hot Tub, we couldn't be happier with our choice. I came to Sundance looking for something that we would primarily use in the winter and to help my with my chronic pain condition but we enjoy it so much we are still using it through the summer. Sundance made it easy and was there to fully install and set it up including the gazebo which we purchased through them. Any questions or concerns we have had they are just a phone call away.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Very supportive when it comes to maintenance, and they have a ton of great resources online to help out with that.We purchased our hot tub during summer of 2021. Delivery and electrical install came included, just needed to put the pad down. Everything went smooth, and we've been enjoying it ever since.A few months in, a defective sensor which was giving us heating issues. We logged the issue with service at 5pm, received a phone call 15 minutes later, and the repair (under warranty) was done the next morning. Stellar experience.As a whole, the company seems to actively care about their products and customers. We were referred here by multiple people, and they all raved about the service and quality. They'll even send out emails when there are weather alerts, such as reminding you to clip down the lid during windy days.We're just over a year in, and we're hoping to have this tub a long time. That said, when it does eventually need replacing, this is where we'll be going.

We have the Constance" hot tub from the Select Series. The team was very thorough and patient when explaining how everything works and how to get water chemistry right. Installation in our backyard was tricky but the crew moved around all the obstacles and placed it without a hitch. After-sale service has been very good so far (free water testing and more information about water balance) and a few things have been taken care of under warranty.Overall

After researching companies and reviews for months I walked into the Sundance Spa store in Oakville on a complete random afternoon just to hear what they had to offer. I was already prepared to sign and purchase from another company, when I met Brian at the store. I was floored by the things he shared with me about their Sundance tubs that I was never even made aware of when speaking to other companies. I then started researching more about the Sundance lineup and settled on the Cameo. Not a single regret in that decision! The tub is absolutely phenomenal. Brian made the whole process from beginning to end extremely easy. Everything went smoothly, from the purchase, to the installation of the pad and electrical, finally to the delivery and install. I feel even more comfortable knowing I can rely on Brian and the rest of the team for support whenever needed. Highly recommended!

We purchased our Sundance Optima hot tub from the Oakville store eight years ago. We've had no maintenance issues in all these years. All that's been required is changing filters and adding chemicals. Customer service has been great, from the professional installation crew to answering questions on an ongoing basis. Everyone really knows their stuff about the products.
