It's 9pm and the fire alarm in our low rise goes off. The building's residents shuffle out with the pets in housecoats and jackets while the fire department's sirens get louder and closer to the building.Thankfully there is no fire, but the alarm can only be silenced every 20 minutes by pushing the button from the main unit. It was going to be a long night for the residents and for the person who had to stay up to press that button.A call to Andrew at DSN saved us from a bad nights sleep and prevented another false alarm to the fire department. Exceptional, professional and very prompt service by Andrew and his team. Our contractor nicked the hose to our sprinkler while doing work in our condo. Andrew answered my call immediately and came by within 20min to assess the situation. The pipe fitter Sam came by shortly thereafter at the time Andrew said and fixed the pipe quickly. We needed safety watch during the evening and Andrew’s safety team were there promptly at 4pm. Everyone on the team was very professional, thoughtful and prompt. We felt well taken care of. DSN Safety folks are truly professional. I requested their service outside the normal working hours. They attended and fixed the issue around mid-night. These guys are just Fantastic!Later, I talked with Andrew. I found him friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the company to anyone!
