My wife and I stayed at the Cozy Cabin by the lake for two nights. Our room had windows that overlook the lake. The view and feel gave a sense of tranquility.This cabin is equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, and we like the BBQ grill outside.Upon arrival, We were greeted by our Hosts, the Jan family: Erin and Sadiq made us feel at home. Three words I’d use to describe Erin and Sadiq? - Friendly, professional and caring.My wife and I enjoyed cuddling by the warm fire pit outside, listening to the gentle waves from the lake.Overall, we had a great experience. The cabin is super clean, cozy and have that rustic feel.Thank you to our Hosts, Erin and Sadiq for making our stay an enjoyable one.This is Carlton Place’s best kept secret. We will visit again.

We recently stayed at Chateau Jan, one of the rentals that Jan Property manages and had an excellent experience. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and the 3 bedrooms, kitchen & living room were spacious. The outdoor space included an above ground pool, barbecue & gazebo for relaxing. The owners, Erin & Sadiq welcomed us upon check in & suggested activities & local sight in Carleton Place. We definitely would recommend renting from this company again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay at my first Yurt in Carleton place. I thought it was so cozy and well done. We had everything we needed. Hostess was amazing and extremely helpful. We will definitely be going back!! Thank you once again!!

We had a fantastic time staying at the Waterfront Yurt! It’s the perfect amount of space with such a nice and cozy feel to it. Both times we stayed at the yurt it was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you could need. If anything was missing or there were any concerns Erin and Sadiq we’re just a call or text away to help us out. The property is well maintained with an amazing view, it’s truly is a one of a kind experience which we highly recommend! Erin and Sadiq were great hosts and helped to make our stay one to remember!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful basement apartment in a great location. The standout feature of this property is definitely the private ice rink, which was a huge hit with my friends. The garage was also a great addition, with a fantastic party room complete with a Jacuzzi and bar. We spent many hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves in this space.Another highlight of our stay was taking advantage of the boat rides offered on the nearby Mississippi Lake. It was a fun and unique experience that we all really enjoyed.The owners of this property were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated their hospitality.We've been lucky enough to stay at this property twice now, both in the winter and summer, and it was unforgettable both times. It's the perfect place for a family or group of friends to get away and enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer.Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful location. The private ice rink, party room, and boat rides were all fantastic features, and the owners were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at excellent accommodation in rural Ontario and it was truly a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city of Toronto. It was just the tonic as people say! Located in a picturesque setting with beautiful nature, it was everything I had hoped for and more!From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming ambiance of the place. The cozy and well-furnished rooms, equipped with all modern amenities, provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring outside. Sadiq and Erin truly are two fantastic people and hosts!Overall, my stay at this excellent accommodation was a incredibly memorable experience. I would go at any time of the year and it offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Our stay was amazing ! The accommodation is located in a beautiful area surrounded by lots of nature and beautiful lake. The accommodation was amazing and Erin and Sadiq go above beyond, they are amazing hosts. From accommodation being super cozy and clean, to offering coffee, tea and other small things. Our whole group enjoyed the stay and we had the best time. We will be back !

My daughter and I stayed at the Unique Waterfront Yurt. It was safe, clean and beautiful. I don’t like camping so the yurt was a great compromise. It felt like a hotel room. The host family was easily accessible if needed but I didn’t need to contact them as they have thought of EVERYTHING. I have already booked to stay at their other property, Cozy Cabin on the Lake for next summer. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the pleasure at staying at one these fantastic cottages booked through Jan Property Management and the experience was amazing. It was beautiful with a stunning view, super clean, and ready upon our arrival. The staff were very friendly and courteous, always available to answer questions, and responded quickly. We can't wait to be back!!!

We have already stayed few times at one of Jan Property Management and Rentals and it is always amazing. The units are very clean and as advertised. The area by lake is really nice and it is not far away to Ottawa. For sure we will be back again soon.
