I’ve been a customer for a few years now, I recently brought my Q3 in for its service and every time I come in I know the service department takes care of me and my Audi - Wissam is an amazing service manager and his team is always a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Audi Windsor for providing top notch service.

Dan made my purchase a breeze. It all started with a phone call on a Tuesday afternoon, which lead to a scheduled meeting to see the available car on the Wednesday, to signing the deal on the Thursday. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Audi dealership for my yearly oil change on my 2022 Porsche 911, and I must say, I was treated like royalty once again. The staff at this dealership is truly exceptional and their humility and genuine care never cease to amaze me.In particular, I would like to commend Isaac Luff, the Audi Service Advisor, for going above and beyond his duties. Isaac took the time to patiently listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one of them with utmost attention and care. Despite being there for a routine oil change, he made sure to thoroughly discuss and alleviate any worries I had about my vehicle.It's worth mentioning that the dealership has changed ownership since my last visit, but I was delighted to see that the exceptional level of service has been upheld. The staff, including Isaac, continues to be amazing, providing top-notch customer service that exceeds expectations.I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for taking such great care of my vehicle. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on them to keep my Porsche in excellent condition. My service was great. The Audi service team went over the details of oil change. Explained any issues and had my car floor mats washed and car was washed from outside. Great customer service.

Great experience from beginning to end. I was pleasantly welcomed by Nicole at reception, and had such a positive experience with Brian (sales) and Jeremy (finance) that I returned later in the week and completed a 2nd purchase.
