Bob the Mover Niagara

The guys at Bob the Mover were great.....from the initial quote to the final leaving of the truck.They were all very professional and I was happily surprised that they were enjoying their work.They were on time, polite, understanding, quick, efficient and kind. Moving is not fun at the best of times but these guys made it a lot less stressful....we even had some laughs.I would highly recommend them !

Bob’s crew made my move so easy and even enjoyable. They arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They were very personable and efficient. There were 3 guys which made the job go very quickly. I can’t say enough about the great service I got starting with meeting Bob and getting the initial quote until they rolled up their runners and left my new home looking completely finished and lived in!! I highly recommend them.

Bob and his team were fantastic!! They were punctual, professional, and polite. I hired them for a local move in St. Catharines and was blown away by how efficiently they worked. I have used a number of movers in the past who essentially held me hostage at the end demanding more money. Not only did this not happen with Bob, but when I offered more money to move something from upstairs to downstairs again, he said “no”!!! I highly recommend this team and am grateful for their seamless and accommodating performance! 5 Stars!!!

Once again Bob the Mover Niagara doesn’t disappoint. This was my third time moving household items. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Bob and his moving team. Hence the reason for using his service 3 times now.The website is easy to navigate to gather information and Bob communicates directly with me.Bob and his moving team have all been very professional and friendly! Staff are careful handling my possessions and placing the items where I needed them.I can’t say enough how positive my experiences has been. Repeating my business to Bob is a good indicator.Now saying all that I found the cost of the service to be fair reasonable and actually happy to pay the amount quoted! No surprises no hidden fees just straight forward with pricing. Really great service and I would use Bob the Mover Service Team again if necessary.Kudos again to this company!!!

Bob and his team are awesome. They were very professional and very friendly. They were able to arrive at our new location on time and used all kinds of materials to ensure boxes and furniture were moved in a professional manner. Also, they are strong and didn't take long to place everything in all different areas and took directions well.

Bob’s crew moved my brother on May 20 th … a very hot day.. and they did an amazing job. We found them so professional and caring. The sofa was too big for the elevator so they carried it up 3 flights to the 3 rd fooor. And they took great care of all the furniture to be moved. We are so pleased with their service and will definitely recommend them. They also are very prompt and there were no surprises with the bill. Thank you Bob and crew

I have had a truly positive experience with this company and would highly recommend them to friends. Communication as changes occurred were dealt with in a timely manner. They indicated they would arrive between 8-9am and arrived promptly at 8:01 am. They provided all the services they indicated in the contract including mattress covers and runners to protect the floor (I've had a different experience in my last move with a different company). The movers were efficient, careful, helpful and friendly!

We are so grateful to Bob and his amazing team of young men. Brad , Jeff, Cole and Andrew were very professional and extremely hard working. They arrived right on time and got us packed up and moved in a quick and orderly manner. They treated our stuff like it was their own and took great care in making sure nothing got damaged. They were personable, friendly and funny and made our day of moving a lot less stressful than we expected.
