Dropped in on a Sunday and purchased a pair of hiking shoes/sneakers. Nice, accomodating staff who were very eager to help. Terrific selection of various items for various activities in-store. Shop local!

Friendly staff made the transaction quick and simple. The bike I got was in good condition. I rode the full loop around the island and when I returned I was charged exactly what I expected.

I cannot begin to express how great this place is.I needed help with my electric scooter, so I Googled 'bike repair shops near me'. The first two places I called basically told me - in kinder words - that they don't associate with my kind (the scooter riding kind).I tried calling Bike Edmonton Community Workshop, but didn't get an answer, so out of desperation, I decided to show up in person, and I'm ***so*** happy that I did.When I arrived, there was even another girl there getting help with her scooter!Even after admitting that they aren't experts in scooters, they didn't hesitate to help me.After missing my call, the shop manager even called me back within 15 minutes. What business calls back random missed calls? Amazing service. Shout out to both Greg and Larry. I cannot recommend this place enough.This place is run by volunteers and I swear they all helped and offered advice for fixing my scooter. They were all patient and kind, and willing to basically experiment until it was fixed. I honestly don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me.I did miss it when I drove past the first time, so I've attached a photo for reference.

Friendly staff, well marked trails, fantastic trail work, beautiful views, techy trails...great mix! Just don't forget your climbing legs.

I’ve put a deposit for a frame.When came the time to get the bike delivered, the owner started to ghost my e-mails.He refunded my deposit without even telling me he sold the bike i reserved to someone else.Would avoid at all cost.

The first kayak experience for us, we had lots of fun and great time, the owner is very helpful and friendly, definitely come back again!

Best bike and best service staff response for issues and queries is very fast...staff is helpful...used it for Uber foods delivery....worth every penny....Definitely rent it again

We were a couple of U.S. midwesterners with mostly XC experience and the Pit Stop and Ride BC were so dialed in. They put us on a couple of great bikes, set them up right, and then Ollie led us on one of the best days we’ve spent on two wheels. Such a great guide. Will be back.

My family and I rented four electric bikes today for two hours to bike around downtown and we were so impressed! The bikes were very easy to use and super fun to ride on the amazing paths by the river. I grew up in Calgary but had never seen that perspective of the city. And the throttle on the bikes is really helpful on the hills! The younger employee that helped us get setup was very professional and clear and patient and we were all super impressed! Overall 10/10 would recommend, and can’t wait to ride here again.

I was in desperate need of some Splitboard skins so I called Higher Ground and they had the size I needed for my Jones Solution. I then got stuck for 3hrs in an accident on the highway coming into Golden so I missed the closing time of the store. I had very bad cell signal but managed to get through and the incredibly helpful girl offered to drop the skins at my lodge. I lost signal before I could give her my credit card details. After another hour we got out of the traffic jam but the store had been closed for an hour so I messaged the store on Facebook as a last ditch attempt. And surprisingly I got a response. The same incredibly helpful girl was still in the store and said I could swing by to pick up the skins. She saved my day in Rogers pass. Thank you again.
