GO here! I’ve been going to this particular rental shop for many years, they are Courteous, prompt and clean. I always enjoy their commitment to customer service with a smile. A unique group who will find you the perfect rental at a very competitive price, specially with all the other rental shops in the area and trust me when I say I have been to all of them with disappointment. We were not overly thrilled with the service and quality of the bike we received. It had a broken water bottle cage and my wife asked about it before we left the store and the employee told her that it was fine. It was not fine which I discovered about 20 minutes into our trip. It was completely broken. She said she even pointed it out to him where it was broken. He told her that's how they adjust them. She did not know any better. On top of that, her bike would occasionally shift on its own while she was accelerating or climbing a hill. Very frustrating. I did some adjustments on it which improved it but it appeared as though the derailleur was bent or possibly the some cogs were worn.. You get what you pay for in terms of quality of bike from this establishment. I wish I had spent a bit more at the other place a few doors up and got a trek bike.

My friend and I rented the all terrain (more aggressive tread on tires) e-bikes on a Monday morning for a round trip of Stanley Park and a detour. Rentals come with a helmet and a bike lock included in the rental pricing. Amazing service from Xavi. Very nice guy and thoroughly explained the functions of the e-bikes. Was lenient on start time of the rental as I was spending some time fitting my phone and GoPro mounts. In our experience, we could have used much more straight power from the motors as that is an option with the thumb throttle, however he warned us it may only last up to 2 hours. We used the pedal assist which has 6 levels of assistance for a majority, and the throttle was very helpful on starting immediately from a stop and going on the street to keep up with traffic with full speed from the thumb throttle. We had used them for 4½ hours. ★★ Highly recommend this place for rentals and would definitely rent here again!!! Xavi was amazing to deal with!★★

By far the best place on the block - the bikes we rented were in perfect condition, we rented both e-bikes and a regular bike for my 13 year old. Fell in love with the e-bikes. These guys buy new bikes every year and keeps them in great condition. Prices were very reasonable compared to others on the street. Definitely coming back to this place again!!

Bikes and blades rental was right at the start of Stanley park. Alejandra hooked us up with electric bikes and gave us great recommendations along our ride. Bikes were great and comfortable would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting

Great place to rent bikes! What I love about this place is that is so easy to access the seawall. We parked in Haro and Deman, for $2.00 an hour. Highly recommended.

Helpful and great staff!! I wanted a bike with a basket but this place was super busy due to best rental prices, sunny weather and a Sunday, I couldn't get the basket one but the staff was really friendly & helpful and they recommended another super comfortable and sturdy bike. I had an amazing time riding that bike. Will certainly go again. Highly recommended!!
