Their team went above and beyond to ensure the final product was exactly what I envisioned.The new mantle is absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the look and feel of my living room. Jaime H. and Cam did an outstanding job of installing my mantel. Their high degree of skill is impressive. I recently bought a home with a fireplace. I was unsure how safe it would be to use it - so called to have someone come look at and potentially clean (if necessary) my new fireplace. Jim came over and was amazing. Very professional, honest, and went through everything with me and answered every question I had. He spent extra time to show me how to use and clean the fireplace. I look forward to calling him for future cleanings and inspections for my home. I would highly recommend.

James and his staff installed a pellet stove for us in March 2022. He was quick with a quote and setup an install time right away. Update part 2: we got a call from Sean apologizing for the issues. He sent a couple guys back to put in some molding. Made a huge difference and extremely professional and kind. I love the insert and appreciate all they did to correct the issues.Disclose IF YOU HAVE CATS! We purchased an insert beginning of November 2022. Sean stated install before Thanksgiving and would take a few hours. They came 11/22 and didn't complete job due to missing part. Leaving my fireplace in disrepair for holiday. We had to call several times to follow up. Once, no show, second they came and left immediately due to cat allergy and nowfor third time plus thousands of dollars still no insert installed. We paid for electrician and permit plus paid them in full. Terrible customer service and doesn't respect customer time. I am beyond frustrated at the experience. UPDATE: CHIMNEY CHAP reached out after a few calls from my husband. They said they could be at our home in 20 minutes to complete job. Two guys came and installed fireplace and completed chimney work. My husband said they were nice and professional as well as informative. However no call from owner or manager to apologize or to explain numerous issues. The biggest problem was lack of communication and not keeping appointments. The final product is fine but the fit isn't perfect as we need some kind of trim. Whatever at least it's functional.

Took two weeks to receive a reply regarding services requested. Had to schedule with a competitor of Oliver's. Instead of an apology or explanation why the tardiness, I was offered a rude response.I definitely do not recommend this company, especially with the competition available on the Island.
