It has been many years since our chimney been cleaned and I always worried about potential creosote build up. We have peace of mind knowing that it was not a creosote related problem.

I used Courtesy Home Maintenance for a recent furnace installation. Jeff was everything you would be looking in this trade. Arrived early on every appointment, is knowelgeable in the craft, and even came by on Christmas Eve on order to make sure the job was finished in type for a large amount of company we had coming over. Also refreshing is that he is not tied (with respect to sales)to a particular brand like most HVAC companies. If you are granular in your approach to large investments like a home furnace, it's nice to be able to discuss various products without any bias from someone that is required to meet a sales target from the manufacturer.Pricing was fair, provided in advance, and no surprises.I will be using CHH for a future AC install and also to clean my woodstove.
