Brad was very pleasant and professional. He email me in advance to say he was on his way and he was on time.The inspection and cleaning were very thorough. Brad took pictures before and after. He also made a few suggestions based on what he saw and did measurements around the fireplace opening and hearth to ensure we had proper distances to any flammable items.From the time he stepped into our home to the time he left, you could see Brad took pride in what he does. On time , very professional.Can't even tell he was here , laid mats down while inspecting and cleaning . No trace left for us to clean up.Brad is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge to make sure we safely use / run our fireplace .
