Have used Tom twice and been very impressed both times. He is prompt, professional and courteous. His work is excellent and he doesn’t gouge. My chimney damper was broken and rather than sell a lot of extra work, he simply got it back on track and showed me how to work it. Very honest and very much recommended.

Such a great company to work with! When I originally called I was greeted by a friendly and respectable voice. She answered all my questions a and gave me a quote. I live out in Shelby/Washington area and she said that wouldn’t be a problem. She told me he would be here between 130 and 3. And by 1:45 he was in my driveway. Tom showed up on time was very personable and respectful! He kept the work space clean and made sure to leave no trace of him being here! This is the first time I’ve owned a fireplace and he walked me through absolutely everything!! The price was exactly as I was quoted. Thank you so much for a very wonderful experience. I will be sure to refer this company to all my friends and family!

I had a great experience with Coachlight Chimney Safety. They were just as all the great reviews described them. I had a couple of conversations with the wife. (I think her name is Karen) who was very pleasant. Tom was on time, very pleasant and neat. He took his time yet didn't waste time. He educated me on operation of the fireplace. He also informed me of some work that would be needed on my chimney come Spring. I was very pleased with this company's service. They will be my chimney and fireplace maintenance company from now on and I will refer my friends and family to them. Great job Tom!

Highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend! I bought a house in GPW and had the chimney swept. Got helpful information about how to operate my fireplace safely, plus they removed a squirrel's nest, and even talked to me about options for converting to gas. Quick, thorough service at a reasonable price.

Both chimneys and fireplaces were cleaned, swept, and inspected. Tom took great care in explaining fireplace safety and maintenance. He was also very knowledgeable about old homes and old construction methods, which is hard to find nowadays. He also gave good practical advice on which kinds of starters, what to worry about and not worry about.

John was amazing and so nice. He took the time to make sure we did in fact want the top lock damper given that it’s so expensive and verified it would be best for our situation, took the time to teach us how to use it, asked if we wanted our giant antenna removed from the chimney (we did) so that was a nice added bonus and he took the time to not just tell us our chimney was in good health but WHY it was in good health. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and even told us what wood to use, to avoid and how to prime our chimney before use and recommend ways to help insulate our fireplace a bit more.
