The physio at the hospital gave up on my smashed elbow when I regained enough mobility to extend to 20 degrees and flex to 130. He gave me another 30 degrees - 5 (0 bring straight) and 130.

Sophia has been treating my sprained ankle through Acupuncture for just two sessions now and I feel so much better I wish I came sooner. I wasn't sure what to expect as this is my first injury as well as first time doing acupuncture, but Sophia is a registered acupuncturist and very knowledgable and professional. The treatment is almost painless & is working quickly for my body. I highly recommend to call Sophia to book your appointment in her little health space located conveniently right off the highway at Kipling/Queensway!
