This place has exceeded my expectations, me and my girlfriend were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the costumer service. The young lady at reception greeted us with a big smile and explained everything we needed to know about our rooms and amenities. We love the proximity to all the fun activities.

Apres 7 mois toujours pas de balcon pour les residents qui habite derriere la batise.Mais ceux du devant son fait(pour la belle parure).pas respecter selon les normes (pas de 2ime sorti urgence)les portes son barrer a laide de baton donc aucune acces.Malgrer plusieurs tentative aucune information donner et personne peut repondre le pourquoi les balcon ne sont toujours pas faitAu prix que les loyé coute pour nos ainer.je crois que se nest pas trop demander.le seul plaisir quil leur reste admirer la vue du bord de leau de leur petit balcon.

Clean, modern furnishings with a fantastic view

Besides the location, do not stay here unless you are only staying for a night or are rarely going to be in the room. The walls are stained and dirty and the amenties provided are bare minimum. Only two towels and two flat pillows and when I asked for more and help with this I was ignored and told that someone would come help but no one ever did. I reached out numerous times and just got mediocre responses with no one doing anything about the situation. The bathroom door was broken so it was hard to get any privacy when using it, and we ran out of toilet paper and no one would bring us more or more soap. The punch code key pads rarely worked and the smell from the Vietnamese restaurant poured into the apartment numerous times which could be very potent. The shower is extremely small and there is no water pressure at all, yet there is mold and old dirt on the floor. The walls have marks from dirt from past tenants which was also disgusting to sleep next to. There is no outlet next to the beds and you have to get up to charge your phone. No full length mirror either or bath mat provided. I would not be as mad about all these problems if there was a responsive customer service team. Going to a new country can be difficult at first and where you stay should make you feel comfortable at ease. It was super frusterating that everything we reported was ignored repeatedly, when lots of them were important issues. However the location is next to popular train line and lots of great food walking distance. If you are able to spend a little more money, I would definitely choose a nicer hotel or air bnb in a different area of downtown city center or somewhere in this area because it is a great area but a run down facility, and the staff does nothing to do to help you. Very disappointing. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE with responsive and attentive customer service people and cleaner rooms!

We spent 2 fabulous days/nights in this adorable little village. We stayed at The Loft and were lucky to be upgraded. I recommend bringing your choice of snacks and fruits. We eat healthy and wish there was more choice. We enjoyed the convenience of walking distance to The Nordic Spa..our highlight was the floating salt pool but the while 7 hours we spent there was amazing!! We will definitely be back
