Lofts du Village

This place has exceeded my expectations, me and my girlfriend were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the costumer service. The young lady at reception greeted us with a big smile and explained everything we needed to know about our rooms and amenities. We love the proximity to all the fun activities.

We spent 2 fabulous days/nights in this adorable little village. We stayed at The Loft and were lucky to be upgraded. I recommend bringing your choice of snacks and fruits. We eat healthy and wish there was more choice. We enjoyed the convenience of walking distance to The Nordic Spa..our highlight was the floating salt pool but the while 7 hours we spent there was amazing!! We will definitely be back

Be careful with the $50+tax early/late checkout fee. I was never informed about it until I saw the bill. The lady didn’t mention a word when I said sorry for overslept. And the customer service straight up hung up on me when I talked to them about this (when I was not being rude at all)My room was on the first floor with door and windows facing the street. No privacy and there is safety concern. Never coming back.

The Good:- Rooms look very nice- Room was clean- Bed was cozy- Chelsea is super cuteThe Bad:- Wifi was bad- shower gets a large portion of the bathroom wet- pretty expensive- late check-in, early check-outThe Ugly:- We could hear the people upstairs walking around the entire time, flushing toilet. I don't believe they were walking like a herd of elephants, but it certainly sounded like it!For the price I expected things to be thought out better.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Chelsea! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom floor was heated and had a rainfall shower. Great coffee and other in room amenities (handmade soaps, denim oversized bathrobes, stocked minibar, TV had all streaming apps, etc.) The location was great too, less than 1 min walk to the Chelsea Pub, and other places to eat or shop. Parking on site. We will come again and recommend to others.

My friend and I stayed at Lofts du Village for a galentines getaway and had an incredible experience! The lofts are super cozy, clean and spacious! It was filled with every amenity we needed, and close to some delicious cafes and pubs! The bathroom floor was even heated, how cool is that?! The whole loft has french windows and so much natural light. Honestly, the whole vibe felt like a movie and we'd definitely visit again.PS. I'd highly recommend checking out Chelsea Pub & Biscotti and Cie if you visit!

Stunning place, fantastic location. There are couple of things you should know.Reception is not in the building, it's actually on the main street in a local store. So I parked in the wrong parking lot, I walked to the main street, got my room card, which is on a second floor. No elevator or hallway, just outdoor stairs. Again, all good but a heads up would have been nice, as heavy suitcases or bags are a pain to carry upstairs. Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant at 8 am. I travel at 6 am. So no near by options to eat in the morning, and dinner or food is only served until 10 am at the pub. No front desk and no staff to get a cab or help with anything. So, little different than a regular Hotel. Be prepared for a lovely self served Airbnb.

My husband and I rented a loft for a relaxing weekend away. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbours partied all night. At 10 am Saturday the loft lost power, it was -15 out. Within 30 minutes our room was freezing. We walked to the store to speak with the girl working. 0 people skill, Extremely rude, wouldn’t help, wouldn’t call the supervisor, started screaming at us when we asked questions. My husband asked for a refund as the power wasn’t going to be back on until past 2 pm (estimated). Again, she said no refunds are allowed and should just leave to stop bothering her. She refused to let us stay in the store as it was warmer than the room. The staff told us “just check out if you’re unhappy and go home”.

Loved this place! Such a great value. Unbelievable light - ask for a corner room if you can get one as you get lots more windows. Comfortable beds (even the murphy bed), TONS of light, tons of space, great pillows, large kitchen with ample storage space, dishwasher, washer/dryer in each unit. Wonderful heated floor in the bathroom. Curtainless shower took a little getting used to, but we figured it out. The location is great - walking distance to the park, many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and the spa. I can't believe this isn't a more popular location - it's truly got everything. And dog friendly!!!!!
