Been here a long time, since the new manager Monica has been in charge this gym is 100% better! New equipment is slowly being added, equipment being repaired more quickly, and the gym is so much cleaner! Still some work to do, however huge huge improvement. Thanks Monica for taking pride in this location!

Gym is good with well equipments but i have been forced to cut one star because there is no water dispenser in the gym you have to bring your own water but that's not good you know there should be a water dispenser except that the gym is good

Overall good gym. However, maintenance of machines takes longer sometimes and cannot be used until fixed. Also, can get busy during peak hours.

The center is ok for someone requiring a basic workout session. Price is resonable but so will be the amenities based on it. As this location is a bit in the center hence can get crowded easily. Black area is a bit small, if you are lucky can get the equipment.

I have to say I'm very disappointed with this location over the past year. I've been a member for about 5 years now as it is very conveniently located, but I have serious concerns. This year the fee is going up to $8.00 and the admin fee of $50.00 but for this you get broken machines constantly. Most Treadmills are normally out of commission and other equipment is really starting to show wear and tear or broken down. The men's bathroom had been vandalized by a guest and is still not repaired. Does the company feel we are not worthy??? I pay the full amount and expect a functioning gym. The staff try their best to keep it clean, but upper management needs to step it up. Motto of this company seems to be increase fees but skimp on quality ". Seriously considering going elsewhere."

Worst fit4less gym located near westwood mall. Its been 3 months machines are still under maintenance. I told them many times but they dont listen and the staff is also rude except 2 female employees. No soap inside washroom . Deep heart condolence for those who are having black card membership and come for workout after 9 pm bcz you cant use those facilities. Its a biggest scam here . Totally disappointed with this kind facilities and environment.I am just coming bcz its nearby from my home otherwise, I will never prefer this location.Trust me , before taking membership do ask your friends about machines and facilities. You can check in video and photos those machines cant be used are having yellow tags on them .

Decent gym, I’ve been going here for years and prefer the early morning crowd. The evening (4pm-11pm) it’s waaaaayyy too packed and stinks. Too many people taking up machines that just sit there and talk on their phones or standing around with buddies taking up space for chit chat. Which is really annoying for those who actually want to clock in a decent workout. Any machine that breaks stays broken for months and weights are impossible to find in the evenings for some reason. I also feel like the tanning beds are weak, I’ve gone a few time relatively close together in timing and barely noticed a difference even with enhanced lotion…In the mornings everything is perfection super neat and empty!!Overall it’s okay, you get what you pay for LOL.

Decent gym to workout. Has all the basic machines needed. Has 2 individual change rooms and showers. Does not have a locker room or men’s/women’s change room - just lockers in the middle near the back. Most of the treadmills don’t work which sucks when it gets busy. Morning time is mostly empty, but after 5pm it gets very busy and around 7pm it’s at it’s busiest. Also does not have water fountains

Has everything an average gym goer might need. This gym is perfect for newbies to your more veteran fitness enthusiasts. Not always the cleanest and generally people don't know how to put their weight back on the racks. Also, no water fountain which is a bummer. As others have stated some machines have been broken for a while and have not been fixed. I would still rec this place and i do keep coming back, i just with management would take care of it better.
