Amazing experience with my 11months old baby taken his Visa photo. Patricia was the staff who helped us to take the photo and she was absolutely amazing.She was very patient with my baby as he kept having his mouth open, which was not allowed according to the Visa photo requirement. She tried many different ways to keep my baby looking straight and with mouth closed, if you are a mom you know how hard this is. And with that said there was a line up for taking photos and that obviously did not stress her/ put her in a rush a tiny bit. The result ended up perfect!I was also trying to show Patricia the requirements for the Visa photo, and she surprised me with pretty much memorizing all the requirement herself, very professional and definitely knows what she's doing.When I was picking up the photo, she was shown a great attention to detail by putting sticky notes behind each individual photo to avoid any stamping smudge while the ink dries.Overall this was the best experience I've ever had with ID photos and this will now be my to go place for my baby's photo needs!

Incredibly hard working staff. Kind and facilitating photos smoothly - even with screaming children. Ordered Christmas cards and received a message they were ready same day!
