The cameras are great, the customer Service is great, the shipping time is great. Pretty much everything about this company is great. Would highly suggest if you value REAL customer service and a vendor that will go out of their way to help. They also have good stock so you won't be waiting for 10 months for something you need now!Keep up the great work, we need more companies like yours in this world.-Ben

Medit Inc helped us very promptly and with precision for our specific camera needs. We have nothing but good things to say about this camera company! The camtronics mini camera can go right through a toilet trap to inspect sewer pipes! Not to mention they are built tough. Only camera on the market that can do this. Terry has helped us out time and time again, and the customer support is a game changer. Can’t thank you guys enough for the stellar products and customer support!

Medit gave us full support when we needed a reliable crawler system it an awkward location with poor access. Terry recommended the new Troglotech Crawler which is completely battery-powered - I didn't think that a battery operated system would do the job but it just kept running and gave us the survey the customer wanted - and we carried the system there! Couldn't have been more pleased with Medit and the Troglotech system - well done!
