We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House. Brian &Debbie are amazing hosts. The accommodation is lovely, the ombiance is warm & inviting. Everything & more that you could ask for in a Bed & Breakfast experience. They make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The breakfasts are amazing & personalized to what you want. Relax & enjoy the beautiful surroundings and friendly conversations or take advantage of the many activities that are available to you. We had an amazing time & would totally recommend you take advantage of this wonderful experience,

We rented the 3 bedroom house for 1 week in early August. It was clean and fully equipped. Paul and Eleanor were excellent hosts. We enjoyed our visit. There is access to the Northumberland Strait. An interesting beach at low tide. There are better beaches for swimming nearby.

Once a nursing station and now a charming b&b with many historical items throughout along with Peggy’s pictures of Nfld on the walls. A history of the home and Forteau was in each room for any interested guest. A ‘swan’ towel graced our comfortable bed. It was a good jumping off spot for going north to Red Bay and south to L'Anse Amour. Fortified with a good breakfast, served in an ornate dining room, we returned to Nfld.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. Judy made the most amazing breakfast, and provided some resources on what to see/do around. We loved that it's a historical house and also that is right in nature.

We had such a wonderful experience at Nicolas' floating home! It was so cozy and we felt right at home. The fireplace kept us warm during the snowstorm that night and it was surreal how beautiful the view was during the winter. We cannot wait to come back during the summer and take advantage of the outdoors as well!

Incredible value for the price, especially for the area. Close to everything you'd want to see. Nice, comfy bed and everything was very clean. Somptuous breakfast included. Would definitely recommend.

The hosts were amazing and looked after us like family - my daughter and I stayed in the room at the front with two twin beds. It was perfect for our needs.

Our road-trip was WPG to Kelowna and back- and I don't know if we had a better reception than when we rolled, dusty and tired, into the Patricia Hotel. Locals and staff were fun, gracious and amazing. The hotel is rustic, but everything's there; it's got character, and it's clean. I'd stay here over a chain any day- and it's your obvious choice if you're visiting Dinosaur Provincial Park. Absolute Alberta gem. Many thanks!
