Overlander B&B

One of the best stays I've ever had, hotels included. The place is spacious, super clean and organized, with generous provisions (fridge, coffee, teas, etc.). The hosts are just as amazing. I guarantee you will feel comfortable and welcome here.

The room was immaculate; comfy with nice, accessible bathroom and common area has a pool table! Coffee, tea and snacks were available throughout the stay. Breakfast was for a king, with marvelous home baked muffins to go! Driving to Sun Peaks was about 40 minutes, so this makes it an excellent and affordable location to stay. The hosts are very pleasant people and my big thank you ghost two words providing a home away from home. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to stay in the winter or summer.

Knock on the front door, and you will be greeted by the couple who run the B&B - Bill & Annette. My wife and I were traveling home to Alberta from BC with our newborn. Bill helped me carry the bags in while Annette gave us a quick 5 minute rundown of the facilities. They didn't impose. They stayed long enough to make sure we were comfortable and then gave us our space.We filled out the breakfast menus they had left on the dining room table, which they collected later at night. In the morning, we were greated by a hearty breakfast at our selected time. It could easily of been a $40-$50 meal at a breakfast joint. They even brought us warm freshly baked muffins with a paper bag to take the extras on our journey.The icing on top, Annette gave us a gift for our newborn girl. Very kind and generous. For the price you pay, this was a quality experience.Added note, this was our first ever B&B experience. Much better than a hotel. Hopefully they're all this good.

Great, welcoming, lovely hosts make the stay perfect! Sleeping room, wash room and common area really clean. Great self made breakfast with fresh and high quality ingredients. Nice view from the room (green&nature), quiet surrounding. Nothing to complain! Will come back or will send friends from germany:)

Great hospitality, delicious breakfast, clean comfy room, and a nice view in a quiet neighborhood. Was a soothing way to finish our trip after a long road trip through the Rockies. Batteries recharged for the last part of our trip back to Vancouver. Thank you for everything Annette & Bill!

Best value B&B I’ve stayed in,hands down. Annette and Bill are very kind and hospitable. Super clean, amazing breakfast, private entrance, great amenities, could not ask for any better. You won't get better value anywhere else.

Bill and Annette are amazing hosts and I could tell they genuinely wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable perfect for a couple or a single person. Location is beautiful you can sit on the back porch and watch deer to your heart's content. If I ever come back to Kamloops again I know exactly where I will be staying.

Really fantastic stay. Beautiful spot, nice and quiet, a deer came to visit. Hosts were gracious and welcoming, delivering up my most delicious breakfast right on time for me. Only thing better would be the en suite. I wouldnt hesitate to book this again. Highly recommended.

Delightful stay in an exquisite house with exquisite hosts. Plenty 5 star rooms and facilites, accompanied by equally superb breakfast.
