Supplier of doors and windows, I think they manufacture good windows and doors but they really have a serious problem delivering and doing the service. I had to call over half a dozen time to get a window casing. Time period to get it so far is getting close to one 1 year... (9 months so far...you be the judge if that's what you are looking for)

Low quality stuff used by local builders. Had a door screen fall off due to wind and is not square anymore. No warranty, they want 350$ to replace it.

Après avoir attendu 3 mois avant de recevoir notre fenêtre, apprendre qu'on doit payer alors que personne ne nous a jamais avisé auparavant que la réparation n'était pas garantie. Pire service à la clientèle, tout type de compagnie confondues. Plus jamais.
