Terrible company. Hidden fees . Cost was double of that estimated. I suggest you use someone else.In addition - I responded to the below message to the ownerTheir employee left all the old parts and garbage in my basement. The process was way higher than quoted. There was a couriers" fee for parts that tool over two weeks to arrive and they tried to charge "travel time" from their premises to my house.Despite the written concerns below nobody bothered to call me back.Further reason not to use this company!"

Bend Over ... Billed three hours for less than an hour of work at $95 an hour. When I asked, it was because they had to drive to Edmonton for the part. Sorry... I paid for a joy ride to Edmonton for a part??? Why did it still take two weeks to complete the job?? Wow...Try and get a quote out of them... not likely. By the way they did the same job six months prior and said no warranty. Not much I can do at this point, but warn future customers. I won't be using these guys again EVER!!!

Angels Heating provided prompt installation of new furnace only one day after diagnosis of problem. The technician that diagnosed the problem was exceptionally friendly and courteous and explained the problem, the installing technician was courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others

After an unfortunate faucet installation, we had a plumbing emergency recently. We're stressed because our entire home does not have water. We contacted this team and their plumber examined and repaired the issue in less than two hours. We're grateful!

We have lived in our 30-year old house for the last 4 years and have used Roy's team on several occasions: installation of two furnaces, installation of a new hot water heater (a big one for a family of 10!), repairs to pipes and drainage from the original build. Roy's service team is terrific! They are quick to respond to phone calls, they come on time and work efficiently, they do thorough work and ensure the customer is happy (and we are really happy to have heat and hot water!) and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for looking after our family!

Jeff and Jamie just installed a new furnace and heat pump and we were impressed with the work ethic. Both Jeff and Jamie took great care throughout the installation process and they answered all our questions with ease during the last 2 days. Overall, we are extremely happy with both these professionals as well as with Enercare.

The tech came right away at our landlords call. Our heater went out. He assessed the problem and on a cold night brought 3 heaters in for us to get through the night which was so kind. Joey showed up the next day and was professional, thorough and quick. He did a great job and was so friendly. I highly recommend.

AC was installed July 2021. Wiring repair was requested. I’ve been in contact with Rena to dispatch a tech. (August 2022). Communication between customer, dispatcher/technician should be improved. It will only take seconds to call if tech has to reschedule or if service has been completed but Sarte employees don’t do that. I had to call the office multiple times to ask what’s the hold up after two re-scheduling made. Only to be given an excuse that tech attended and note was added to my “other” file. I was then advised that wiring isn’t covered as it was stolen by tenant. I then requested for a tech to provide a quote for the wiring repair (via phone and email). I was advised diagnostic fee would be charged for this request for a tech to attend which is fine. I didn’t receive any confirmation so I went with another contractor. I am so unhappy with their overall service anyway so what’s the point of using them again.Then today, sept 9th I got an invoice for diagnostic I never received a confirmation that is being done nor an estimate provided. I called their accounting dept and spoke to Matthew about my complaint. Surprisingly I was told I was the first to have expressed a complaint.I deal with multiple contractors from time to time but never had such a poor experience like with Sarte.

Called Rhino Plumbing this morning to see if they could help with our furnace in our new house we just purchased. I explained what was happening. Ryan as able to swing over to examine the furnace very quickly while on his way to another job. They found the issue, Ryan & Ethen returned later in the day and fixed the furnace! Both Ryan & Ethen were very polite and professional! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Will not hesitate to use Ryan for future repairs/service
