Clarence was very accommodating and managed to squeeze us in on a Saturday afternoon, which we appreciated. He was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and fixed our HVAC unit issue in no time. Since the repair was minor, he charged us a very reasonable rate. We would gladly call him again for any future service.

When we were getting quoted 4-6 weeks for a new A/C unit, Clarence was able to source and install one in ~48 hours. Any issues we've had, he's responded promptly via text and, when needed, come to check the unit and ensure everything is working as it should...He's even fixed issues that pre-date his installation. Friendly service, excellent Borat impersonation.

Clarence is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty in the business as his desire to help is genuine and he doesn’t take advantage of our ignorance to make a buck. He has also shown himself readily available to assist virtually when we were having issues setting our unit/nest system. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC needs.

Just met Clarence at my unit in the Distillery District. He was highly recommended by other owners in the building and did not disappoint. He fixed my problem, explained what was going on, and taught me some new things. Besides that, this guy is a scholar, a phenomenal conversationalist, and a genuine dude with an array of eclectic interests and skills. In all honesty, Clarence is a disruptor to the industry because he is the polar opposite of every other HVAC company/technician out there. And Clarence, if my HVAC fails next year... you're the ONLY person I'm trusting to replace it. Cheers.

Had a great experience with Clarence. He is resourceful, helpful, professional and very personable. Clarence was able to effectively source obscure brand equipment needed for an essential repair and installed it with ease and care. And at a more than reasonable price. HVAC repair can be lengthy in any given instance, and Clarence really knows how to engage his customers to avoid any awkwardness. He’s well-read and knows how to make good conversation that can put a customer at ease. I highly recommend his services.
