I used Air Comfort Controls for Heat Pump installation during end of 2022. I typically compare quotes for any installation in this case Air Comfort Controls stood above the competition in terms of Pricing, description, Value proposed in the quote. In the end the company delivered what it promised and did multiple follow ups to ensure i was happy with it. They even ensured i got the rebate i applied for. Overall very happy to have chosen them. Highly recommended

Jeff is very knowledgeable and informative. Explained what he was doing and what was next while trouble shooting our mini-split ducted heat pump system. Solved our wiring installation error [installed by others] through a pragmatic process of elimination. Saved the day !! Highly recommend his services. We will be long-term service clients.

We did a lot of research and got many quotes before we chose to invest in a heat pump. We finally chose Air Comfort Controls and are so happy with our decision!Working with Jeff was wonderful.He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He offered many solutions instead of just trying to sell 1 option. When asked, he gave his experienced advice. We felt he was honest and reliable and really seemed to take enjoyment and pride in his work. He had a keen attention to detail and easily came up with creative moves around obstacles that came up in our house.It was such a positive experience!I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Air Comfort Controls.

Jeff was great. He was very personable, honest, and didn’t talk down to me. He explained everything very clearly and he was very thorough. He told me what needed to be done, what should be done and what I could do. He didn’t try to upsell me or force me to spend money on anything unnecessary. He quoted a reasonable price and stuck to it.What I appreciated most was he REPLIED to my initial call. Then, after we made an appointment, he called ahead of time to confirm and called again to say he was on his way. He arrived ON TIME. He had to go get some parts for my heat pump. He called again and told me when he was 20 minutes out. He returned and did everything in one day.Dealing with some other companies has been a hassle. None at all with Jeff.

Jeff came by to do an annual inspection of our heat pump. He is great to deal with, extremely thorough and provided good information and explanations. He also did some research on our system to locate and order some custom sized filters. Would definitely use this company again.
