First impression was great but ended up not very well.Was there to transfer ownership of vehicle as the seller recommended this location. Raymond at first was very professional, courteous and eager to help. He even lend the seller screw drivers to remove his old plate upon knowing he did not have any tools with him.Things went the other way when we told Raymond we wish to not have comprehensive and collision included for a 10+ year old car. He then told us to not come back and go to another insurance broker next time. After the paperworks were done, we asked him politely if we could also borrow the screw driver to put our new plate on. The answer we got was “NO”. At that point we just thanked him for his help, took our new plate and left.To sum it up. We went there and got what we wanted done. Will definitely take his advice and not come back. Would not recommend.

I had a great help to renew my auto insurance by Ka. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk. Working all weekdays, it was difficult for me to take time to go to insurance brokers or even call before their closing time. King insurance is open on Sunday and I was glad. My insurance was renewed by phone and she made sure about the security when sending documents and payment. Professional service and I cannot ask more!

I'm in agreement with all of the other 5 star reviews of King Insurance. I saved A LOT of money coming here, as I anticipated much higher costs. I recently moved from Seattle to Vancouver and once I had my RIV inspection completed a few minutes away at Canadian Tire, the licensing and insurance process was so quick thanks to Ka Hing. She took the time to determine my personal situation and insurance needs, and I will now be their long-term customer. I am also grateful that they welcome walk-ins, and in my case, I had zero wait time. Their name, King Insurance" also reminded me of Seattle's King County

Always have had a great experience at this location until my most recent visit. The woman who assist me made my insurance renewal experience the most unpleasant and unwelcome. Very disappointed about my last visit and the lack of professionalism shown by this person.

The fact that you can renew your ICBC insurance over phone and email is such a time saver but what makes it truly the best place is Ka Hing! She is simply awesome! She is so knowledgable and every time I had to make a change to my policy, she did it blazingly fast! Highly recommended!

Thank you to Ka, she is really on top of her job. She has saved me waiting in line or time on the phone with ICBC, I had some issues that were not resolved, however, Ka immediately rectified.
