I contacted Jordan to ask about getting some tweaks done to the website and was essentially told that he was too busy with multi-million dollar" businesses to provide any continued service for me. One of the reasons I hired Sitely Pro in the first place was because of the assurance of continued support. While I understand situations change the very least they could have done was to provide notice of this to allow me to find someone else to provide site maintenance
