Went to the location during night time, service was quick and friendly and ingredients were very fresh. Our sandwich artist was very generous with the toppings. Did not expect to have such a great subway experience at an airport.

Fast, considerate and delicious. My server even cut each sub in 2 halves and wrapped separately in case we wanted half now and half on the flight. No complaints. I ignored previous 1 star reviews and I recommend you do too :)

Highly unprofessional staff. I visited on 5May2023 around 6-7pm. First they did not allow to apply any promotion, then they overcharged me (two staff, one Indian Punjabi and other seemed like Philippine). Later when I realised and told them that I will complain to the authorities, they got scared and started pointing each other that she charged. Later the extra charge was refunded. But seemed like they do this all the time and god knows how many have ended paying extra to them. Poor service and highly unprofessional staff.

Had a really bad experience, a Philippines lady behaved so rude when i asked her to take my order. I was waiting there for 10 min and she was just doing other stuff. Not good customer service at all. Also the sub was worst I felt like to vomit after consuming it.

Wanted to give zero to the customer service. I went there and the girl wearing a mask has no sense how to talk to guests. Such a poor service. I was on call and she asked me if I want a bag. By mistake I said No, but later when I asked for a bag. She said we do charge for a bag because we are not getting them for free. There is always a polite way to say things. If such people don’t want to work, they should quit instead if behaving rude to customers.

I ordered through app 10mins before arrive and the food wasn't even started until I asked for my order is ready.I understand that they were busy at the movement, but I was disappointed that they started make my order when I asked for it in person.(no line up when I arrived)I didn't like it that they charge for bags separately which cost 30 cents and no option to choose in subway app....

They kept switching the sandwiches around and someone in line got mine and left with it. Told them multiple times as it was happening and was completely ignored. Had to have them remake it. Confusing, unwelcoming and the area where this is in the airport is poorly designed and lit. Depressing place to be to say the least.

Worst experience ever! Staff do not have manners about how to deal with customers. Just a minute ago I reached a staff member to get my order which I placed online. She just refused to provide my ordered food, and gave a silly excuse and inappropriately said that it will be unfair to others if I will give you the food. Please if you are not in the mood for work don't come on your shift it's my suggestion to give the training to members how to deal.
