In Love!!! Excelent experience. It was our first time and Patrick took very good care of us. He teaches you everything before going on the trails and gives you a practice round before you got into the trail. He was very nice and when returning from the ride he even let us be by ourselves extra time before having to return the bike. Very good customer service and even hot cocoa or coffe when you return!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I hope we could meet again!!

We had an incredible experience renting a very nice Carbon Road Bike for 4 days, which I was able to explore the beautiful Mont Tremblant Parks and communities, breathtaking trophy rides through the hills and mountains. In addition, we rented E-bikes on 2 of the days, for my wife and teenagers to join and explore the P’tit Train du Nord Cycling Path to Village Labelle and lunching at Le Cheminot. Patrick, Nathalie, and their team were warm and generous hosts welcoming us to their community and sharing stories and advice on activities throughout Tremblant. Cycling was one of the best ways to explore and enjoy this beautiful idyllic region!

I had the worst experience. I was charged $200 for damage to an e-bike that I rented for an hour. I returned it in the same condition , but my credit card showed billing for $200. No word about it, just a charge. I called and tried to understand what happened. I was just told that the bike was returned damaged. Nothing happened to the bike. They did not believe me. Make sure you verify with them that your rental is still in good condition when you return your bike. I learned the hard way.

MAGICAL EXPERIENCE!!!! Excellent full-service bicycle rental shop.We stopped at the shop to inquire about renting standard bikes. The owner was friendly and passionate about cycling and gave us a thorough consultation on rental options and day trip plans along the “rails to trails” bike path, called P’tit Train du Nord.We settled on electric hybrid bikes and were given everything we needed for a safe and fun adventure (comfortable and clean helmets, a lock and three bikes / one with a mounted rear carry basket for our picnic lunch.)We had an absolutely spectacular afternoon (4 hours). Highlights included the following:We cheered runners in the Ironman Marathon from the switchback point on the trail (the P’tit Train du Nord was partially blocked off to the north that day for the annual event). We cruised down the path from St. Jovite to St Faustin, passing lakes, ponds, streams and fields along the way. St Faustin offered a lovely picnic spot, with covered picnic tables that sheltered us from a passing rain shower. On our return to St. Jovite, we stopped at L'Ancienne Pisciculture/Parc écotouristique/Sentier de Cimes. There we found the amazing tree top walk and tower, set behind the remodeled fishery building (now a welcome center and cafe). It was a mix of beauty and thrill. The tower offers an amazing view and a thrilling “sky walk” across a suspended net flooring (optional, self-guided and included in the ticket price). Also on site is the lovely Gourmet Sauvage boutique, a great spot for an artisan crafted souvenir (food, soap, houseware crafted goods) and back out front, an adorable log cabin cafe.We enjoyed lattes and scrumptious treats from the cafe, while overlooking the beautiful gardens. Everything was infused with something from the forest: blueberry and lingonberry crumble, mushroom and chocolate cake, and chocolate chip cookie with birch sap toffee topping. After that, it was off to St Jovite again to finish the day back at Velo Gare (located right along the path). I watched as my daughter (13) cruised ahead of us, loving the natural beauty along the path, the fresh air and the novelty of the electric bike. She would raise her arm from time to time in what looked like an expression of pure joy.The electric bikes allowed us to get a good “workout” early in the day, with no concerns about the trek back. The electric assistance let us cruise along effortlessly later in the day when we were losing steam!HIGLY recommend this experience and Velo Gare for excellent guidance and high-quality rentals that are well worth the price!

Did 4 hours on e-fat bike. Owner was very engaging, thorough on instructions and the trail in winter to the ski village and back was scenic and not difficult while still getting great exercise. Would do again next time back
