On December 9th, 2022 i went to Swarovski Oakville around 3:30 pm and the beautiful lady there helped me with my order reservation. She also went an extra mile to pack my order nicely. It was a pretty bracelet for my mom. Needless to say, i loved the service there. Staff is amazing. I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was awesome. :D

It was a pleasant shopping experience. I recommend the store if you want to buy jewelry. The kind and cheerful attendant recommended some options for my requirements. She and her counterpart interacted with my family politely. We had a good conversation.

This is a great store!! I visited the store because I needed to make an exchange and Sarab (Manager) was very helpful. Sarab and Victoria also helped me to find my perfect wedding Jewelry. They were very friendly, patient and provided me with great advice. I highly recommend this store to anyone especially brides.
