Called several times for a quote on a hot water tank. Left my name number and address. Never got back to me.

Purchased a Daiken Ductless Heat pump and it was installed July 2017. I installed the inside unit and cut the hole in the wall for the copper pipes. I got a 100 dollar discount. During the winter of 2020 heat pump did not work. Called in June of 2020 the service person come said there was a leaky service valve he added refrigerant and adjusted valves. We were billed for the repair. August of 2020 called and left a message no return call. Called another company. $400.00 dollars later Repairs to leaky flare joint replaced Schrader Valve. Re-covered Line sets. 2021 No AC again no refrigerant. Replaced the remaining 4 Flare joints. Recharged refrigerant. Nitrogen pressure test etc.$352.00... Feb of 2022 No Heat from heat Pump. No cooling. Called a 3rd company they want to replace the Linesets, but suspect a leak is in the inside unit. Warranty is almost over.I would not use L-Ray nor buy another Daikin unit. If I could get a MrCool unit quickly I would trash this unit. Buyer Beware....

Difficult to get a hold of (before, during, or after a job) unless the invoice is due. This is a company that prints emails out on paper and passes them around. All I expect is basic responsiveness and timeliness. I didn't get much of either from L-Ray. They installed my furnace and did a fine job, but I'll be finding someone else more reliable to service it.
