After being told that my 12 year old daughter wasn’t allowed in antique store across the street, we came to the Cozy Cottage. Now feeing like I had to actually ask if children were allowed in certain stores, the friendly woman behind the counter said “Of course!” I told her my experience across the road, and she encouraged my daughter to go check the place out and that there was a special area upstairs with lots of soft things to touch. We explored, and my daughter found her “treasure” and we left. It was such a welcoming experience that I came back the following day with my wife. There was another family in there at the same time, and everyone was treated as though they belonged and encouraged to explore. I highly recommend this store and the two women who made us feel welcome. Thank you :)

The customer service at Cozy Cottage is wonderful!! My mom and I went shopping here on Monday, the woman working accidentally forgot to add an item to our bag. She drove to Calgary just to deliver it to us. Thank you so very much that was very kind you!! We will definitely come back! :)

Very cute store with tons of selection of rustic & farmhouse decor. A bit cluttered but smells nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.
