James was GREAT and fixed a challenging issue with my gas stove!I give 4 stars because no one responded to my call for help. 4 days later, my husband called and got a call back right away.

Don't know too much about this place but I know they have a lot of parts and a lot of washers dryers and freezers and I know they do sell parts from there

James came out to fix our dryer, as it was squeaking like no other. He showed up promptly and evaluated the machine and had to order the parts for it. Within a few days, he came back and was able to swap out the bearings and belt to make it run like a champ again. Great business ethics and seems to be a family owned. Definitely will be using them again in the future.*update* - 2021After having Appliance Parts & More fix that old dryer about a year ago. We had a problem with stove-top. I've talked to Dan a few times now (the owner) and god he is a great guy. He was able to fix the stove-top in no-time and also help me find a replacement for the door arm that has been missing off it for years.It has been nothing but a pleasant experience.

Dan was excellent and knew just what it would take to fix our stovetop. He didn't hesitate and completed the work in short order. I highly recommend Dan and I will have him perform any future repairs when needed.
