I had my first hair cut in Halifax with Mandy. Very pleasant and friendly. Conversational and great at listener... these things have everything to do with the service and the hair cut you're getting. Was fast and very well done. She'll be seeing me again... Thanks Mandy and Chatters.

I had a haircut, Bee did an amazing job. She did completely understood the mission and gave me what I asked for. Bee did explained y my hair was dry and suggested products I can buy. She was very patient and treated my hair with at most care. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming… will surely go back to this place..!!

We have been here a few times now, took us a few visits to find the right stylist for us, but now that we have we love this place. It's clean, and friendly. Large store front with many product options. Comfortable seating if your waiting, nice big leather couch. Front staff are always friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Try out a few different stylists if your not happy with the first one you see.

I got my hair done with Mandy and my nails done with Tara. I had coupons because Chatters donated to my school event that raises money for cancer research. Both services were amazing and I felt like they really listened to you. Would defiantly recommend!

Had my hair done by Sarah today at the Bayers Lake location and I am so impressed with how it turned out! She completely transformed my hair and she was super friendly the whole way through! Highly recommend her! Great experience! :)

Emily cut my son’s hair today and did a fantastic job! He was very nervous to go to someone he didn’t know and as we were leaving he said he wants to go back to Emily every time! Thanks for being so kind and for doing such a great job. The young lady at the front desk gave my son a candy cane and he hasn’t stopped talking about it. Great customer service all around.

Great customer service! First time here and it was great! Easy parking, very lgbtq2*+ inclusive. Walked into a friendly person at the desk with teal hair (sorry didn’t catch your name). Then I met with my stylist, Cindy, who was super cool and even though I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair she NAILED it! (Also got an amazing head massage) I then got my eyebrows done by Tara who was really fun and genuine and my eyebrows are awesome. Overall amazing customer service, and as part of the community sometimes it is very hard to get this stuff done not feel like you are being judged but they made it so easy! Thanks for everything everyone, including the person on the front desk that helped me when I was struggling with the machine really hard hahaah!

Today was the second time in the past couple months I’ve tried to go in more than 30 minutes before close and the door was unlocked, and the open sign was up and the second I walked in the girl said “oh we are actually closing right now” I said “but you’re open until 8?” (I came at 7:25)She replied with “yes but there’s no stylist here and when they’re not here we can close up and leave” I replied with “can I just buy a bottle of shampoo and conditioner I will be like 2 second” and she said no. The last time this happened I called and left a message for a manager and never got a follow up call. I think this is highly unprofessional and even if they close up earlier than the time listed, no problem but at least lock the door and turn off the open sign. Terrible experience. And very rude customer service!
