You couldn’t find a better dental office anywhere. The place is state of the art. It’s outfitted with all of the latest and greatest modern equipment. Dr Azuma is a top notch dentist. He’s extremely competent, highly skilled and experienced. I’ve been seeing him for about 10 years now and he’s done a lot of work on my teeth (thank you company dental plan). He’s expertly fixed everything I’ve thrown at him. From cavities, to a chipped tooth from biting a cap off a beer bottle (don’t ask) to some root canal work and a crown. he even removed and replaced all of the old mercury (silver) fillings I’ve had since childhood with brand new shiny white ones. My plan also covers teeth cleanings every 4-1/2 months. Kelly (dental hygienist) usually does my teeth cleanings and she’s fantastic. She’s friendly, highly skilled and extremely competent. She really knows what she’s doing. The entire staff is really nice, right down to Vidya at the front desk. This is a first class, professional operation, top to bottom. I feel like I’m in great hands here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They even have TV sets on the ceiling so that you can watch TV while they work on you which is a nice touch.

Dr. Daniel and Azuma is very professional and caring! They're very good at explaining things in detail and prioritizes what needs to be done efficiently. My wife and I are more than satisfied with the service Horizon dental has provided. Staff members here are also very friendly and we would like to thank Josie the account manager for her expertise in giving us thorough knowledge on the insurance claims and helping us with it. I definitely recommend all my friends and family to come here!

I have found Dr. Dennis Azuma to be a caring and gifted dentist. Over the years he has given me my smile back with several implants and crowns ...always with a perfect colour match. And every procedure is completed with excellent pain management skills. In my opinion he possesses traits that are very important in a fine dentist: a combination of precision , focus and digital dexterity. His staff are always very friendly and kind too.

Dr Azuma and the wonderful staff at Horizon Dental have been caring for my family for nearly 30 years and me for just two years. I should have made the switch to Dr. Azuma years ago for he is a wonderful practitioner. He is professional in manner and exacting in practise. He considerate of his patients’ comfort while being demanding of himself. I have recently had three crowns put in place by Dr. Azuma and I was stunned by the care he took to ensure my comfort and satisfaction with the colour match. The time he invested was remarkable, and the price very reasonable.But even before I met him I was impressed by a man who travels to disadvantaged countries at his own expense to treat those who would receive no dental care whatsoever!His thorough dentistry is surpassed only by his humanity.

Very lovely staff from Lydia at the front desk to the hygienists and of course Dr Daniel Azuma who does his best to put me at ease and provides exceptional care. Even calls back in the evening or the following day to see how I'm doing and encourages me to call if experiencing any problems.

I recently became a new patient at Horizon Dental. the whole experience was very impressive. I had two crowns done with little or no discomfort. I have never seen such precise work. you will love all the staff there! you are made to feel welcome, comfortable and safe on every visit. Who really enjoys" going to the dentist? Not me nor my family

Dr Azuma and Horizon Dental have been providing excellent dental care to my family for over 35 years. We started with Dr. Azuma when his practice was in Oshawa. When he relocated to Markham we tried a couple other local dentists, but soon realized we were not getting the same level of care and started travelling to Markham for our dental work. Many years later we're still making the journey!

I have been Dr. Azuma's patient for nearly 30 years. For the last fifteen I've lived nearly a five hour drive away, yet never considered finding another dentist in my area.He and his friendly staff treat you with gentle consideration and professionalism from the moment you arrive. Dennis himself inspires great confidence and his superb meticulous skills never disappoint. At age 73 I still have all of my teeth. Care is continued after a procedure with a follow up call from him personally.For nothing less than the very best in oral care, I would heartily recommend Dr. Azuma and his wonderful staff at Horizon Dental.
