Sonia and Parlatos’s catering is fantastic! Had an event this week in Hamilton, Ontario at a winery. Planning from Seattle, Washington is hard enough, Ontario is currently having shortage of everything event/ catering.Glad I found Parlatos! The minute I spoke to Sonia, I knew she was it. The Italian accent, her friendliness! She’s just very passionate about her food and it shows. My winery event/ family reunion after 2 years was a huge hit thanks to Parlatos food. My Italian family, often so picky, loved it. Even the vegetarian dishes were a hit even though everyone loves meat. So much so, no left overs of anything! :) That’s a sign of a successful part/ great food! Thanks Sonia & Parlatos!!!!!!

Parlatos Catering took very good care of our event. Food arrived on time and was helped to be set up, and it all tasted great. We ordered 2 boards and they were beautiful and complemented each other very well! Sonia, the owner, was easy to reach and reliable.

On June 17, your team of Chef Alex and Server Lina arrived at our event and we immediately knew that we were in good hands. They swiftly set up everything, and Lina warmly hosted the service bringing care and genuine kindness to every interaction with our guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and chef Alex plated each course beautifully - the caprese salad, followed by rack of lamb, and finished with exquisite chocolate mousse! Then before we knew it, they had cleaned everything up spic and span and departed. They were an exceptional team, and you should be proud having them represent your company. Thank you Parlato’s!

Parlato’s came to our wedding venue - Erin Estate and did an amazing job! The lamb meatballs and skewers were fabulous! Lina was serving me and she is a gem! Great team!

I ordered food from Parlato’s for my wife’s surprise birthday party. The delivery was on time and we got exactly what we ordered. David was so kind to accommodate my last minute addition to the menu . Food was superb, so tasty and delicious . The cannoli was everyone’s favourite. We recently hosted a high school reunion of close to 500 guests. Sonia and her staff were courteous, caring and professional. Chef Alex and the kitchen crew put out delicious food; guests were highly complimentary. Sonia worked with us and our budget to not only provide food that tasted good, but that also allowed for a variety of dietary needs. Joseph made sure logistics were taken care of and Danielle had the bar staff prepared and efficient. Wait staff, like Lena, were polite and knowledgeable. Ms Sonia herself was there conducting the whole catering symphony. Parlato´s were a significant part of making our evening a success.

Sonya, thank you for sharing a piece of your heart in every single event in which you are getting involved into❤️Originally we were looking for the service for our micro wedding (15 guests) & discovered a gem!The food quality and service was an exceptional! Our guests were impressed with variety of cocktail options made from fresh ingredients and represented in a variety of nicest forms. Luckily you will have multiple options to choose from so no need to worry about personal preferences, food allergies or other restrictions to be missed.Parlato’s team is genuinely taking care of everything that you need and paying close attention to details that couple might possibly miss during the most chaotic times in their life’s. Another thank you for being so supportive and kind as we were too picky about our menu selection :) If needed, Natalie will be your best friend. She is always available to provide overall updates or suggestions.I would like to mention our server (Lina) and a lady bartender (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) who were a part of our celebration. Hard work, magnificent performance and dedication was truly appreciated. Please share our personal “thank you” to them!Lastly, even though we did not expect too much but even a guy who did a pick up really made our day. Smiling and being able to help us to return the equipment & cheese boards back to its spot.I am still crying thinking about how big of a role you played in our wedding celebration. I stumbled upon Parlato's at a corporate function and was very impressed with the quality of the food. I was hosting an event days later and was pleased to find that they could accommodate our group. Well my garden event was a huge success. The weather was fantastic, my decorations were good,However, the food was Fantastic!! Everyone raved about it.Your catering team was truly the best team ever! No one wanted for anything.
