Holly is my go to person at Gentle Touch. I have had a variety of facial treatments with her. HydraFacial, dermaplaning, IPL and skin tightening. She only recommends treatments that will work on your skin, steered me away from wasting money on things that wouldn't. My skin has never been in better condition. She is a magician, kind, patient and hugely skilled. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Madison did a great job with my manicures. She was very pleasant and professional. I am pretty fussy, so I was happy that she was very particular with me. Here are a couple of pics of a colour and a French.

I LOVE this place. It came highly recommended to me so I tried out the Park Lane Mall location in 2016. I have always been treated with complete professionalism and warmth. When I moved to Canada, I hesitated to find a place for intimate waxes because I'm very shy, plus sized and had been treated rudely by another business on Spring Garden. In steps Holly and all worries instantly disappear. She is super friendly, very sweet and down to earth. Always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and does amazing work. Now, I go there for all of my spa needs and the whole team is wonderful. Raegan is usually at the desk when I walk in. She is so warm, inviting and has a great sense of humor. Honestly, everyone is so great. I take advantage of the great sales they have and monthly features. Usually stock up on services when I can and that keeps the cost down but for the service and the extra attention they give you to go that extra mile, its always a bargain for me.I highly recommend the Farmhouse Fresh facial - such a decadent treat and smells incredible!

First spray tan ever and it was great. Alisha was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Establishment was clean and very well maintained.

I’ve been seeing Marcy Yorke at Gentle Touch for years now and she has always provided me with the best and most professional service.Whether it’s getting a manicure, laser hair removal, or helping the appearance and health of my skin, she knows exactly what treatments I need, when I need them, and takes care of booking me in with my hectic schedule. I haven’t been this impressed with my skin in years! This girl knows her stuff!

I love Gentle Touch & all of their services. I have had Laser, Facials, Spray, Pedicure, Manicure.. Everything.. if they offer it- I've done it. However I am writing this to give a shout out to Celsea at the Halifax Location. Although I live in Larry Uteck, I still drive to the downtown location because of Celsea at reception. She is an asset to the business & one of the main reasons I use Gentle Touch. Although it is out of the way for me- Good Customer Service is worth the drive.

I recently had a brow lamination service with estetician Aimelie Comeau last Thursday. It was my first time going to Gentle Touch. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. Aimelie did an excellent job taming my brows. They were very sparse but the lamination relaxes the existing hairs and also involves dying the peach fuzz and creates a full looking natural brow. I was really surprised. They can then be combed up to create fullness because the hairs have been relaxed and sit flat to the skin, so are easier to shape. Definitely worth it!!!!

I absolutely love Gentle Touch. I've been going for years now and love every service I receive. They carry beautiful products, offer amazing services and the staff is wonderful and friendly. Ask for Holly the next time you visit, if you're lucky enough to get in with her you won't regret it. She put's so much effort into each service she provides and makes sure you leave feeling happy and relaxed.

What a spa! I have been going to Gentle Touch Halifax for over a year now and have had the lovely pleasure of having Aimelie as my amazing esthetician. Aimelie is very client centered and is always giving me space to ask questions (as I know nothing of the beauty world) and giving the best recommendations, which she can back up 100%. She has provided everything from a spray tan, endless manicures, facials, lash lifts, brow wax, you name it, and I have yet to be disappointed. She takes such good care of her clients and uses top quality products that allows all treatments to last as long as possible. She is your go to gal for all your needs!
