It was a pleasure dealing with Bill and his crew. They were very personable, professional and conscientious, taking pride in their work and trade. After they left, my grounds were cleaner than before they came. Their workmanship was exceptional and they were very easy to talk to. I would like to thank Bill and his crew for looking after us. I highly recommend them.

I had Bill rebuild my chimney years ago, to this day it looks like new. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable and the final results were stunning. Best chimney company and best contractor that I have ever and have no doubt that I will ever deal with. The site was left spotless and he even reconnected my separated downspout. Would rate it 10 stars if I could. Thank you for job well done!

I called inquiring about a chimney clean this Spring. It wasn't the season for cleaning but William offered to drop by when he was in the area and gave me honest advice on the service I needed- which was lower in cost than the full package I thought I needed- I don't know anything about chimneys and it was the first clean in 13 years! Amazing communication, professionalism, honesty and workmanship. Highly recommend!

We would give more than 5 stars if we could.We don't normally ask the same contractor(s) to do any repeat work but shop around unless we fully appreciated what they did in the past for one reason besides the price - We 'trust' their work from what they 'promise'.The Chimney Company Inc. is surely one of them.We met Bill (Mr. William Bassels) and his team a decade ago.He and his great team came back around the end of June 2021 for an entire rebuild of our chimney.They were extremely busy in 2021 since they have to clear their heavy backlog of work from 2020 due to pandemic. That's completely understood.Bill respond to our calls and emails promptly regarding confirmation of the date and time before the work started.It only took a few days to complete the work. (p.s. It might take longer depending on the size of your house.)Another thing we like about The Chimney Company Inc. was Bill even arrived onsite (same what he did 10 years ago) to guide / instruct + physically work together with their team when other chimney companies might just assign their teammates or worse is contract another contractor or company to do the work.Will we go back to The Chimney Company Inc.? You know our answer!

Thanks to all the 5 - star reviews, I hired The Chimney Company to rebuild the chimney for my house. From the initial communication to Bill to the final job completion, the entire process was flawless. Bill and his team were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They showed up on time and completed job within the estimated time frame. The bricks were perfect match to the house, the workmanship was outstanding, and the cleanup was superb! Absolutely no debris left on worksite and driveway. I’m very thankful to Bill and his team for the excellent job done ! Will definitely recommend them to all my families and friends.

I really appreciate Bill and his crews, David and Cornor. Their pricing is fair. Their work ethic, attitude, skill... So appreciated. Bill was here at my daughter's house in Bayview Village for a quote. And then, for his 2nd visit with his team mates to direct and explain the job. On the 3rd visit, Dave and Cornor did the job. Very skillful and responsible. I paid when the job was done. Today, the team showed up without notice... They came for the final job which is waterproofing on the cement!!! I was impressed. What a responsible company this is. They could have just skipped this part. I know a lot of bad guys would have skipped. What a respectable company this is.
