Swimwear store

I've used this location several times and the staff, whether AE or AeRIE are fantastic. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Based off of a moms group, I tried La Vie en Rose for swimwear for the 3rd time. First time at this location. I thought that the selection and service from one location to another (on a retail chain) wouldn't differ too drastically. Well, I'm happy to say I was wrong. A lovely young lady by the name of Martina helped me choose and find items while she was tidying the racks. She was available and accessible but at the same time gave me the space I needed to cope with trying on my swimwear (you ladies know what I mean right?) Compared to the other two locations I went to: this was a larger space - the racks didn't seem over-filled. The store was tidy and organized - same style and design on the same rack not all over the place (from customers putting things back wherever). The staff operated as a well-oiled machine without losing their personal touch. During checkout I observed two ladies working cash and they had a rhythm and a pace - even though another customers payment was declined and they needed a price check on another customer. Great job to the staff at this location. Why did I not come here first?

Normally bathing suit shopping is more of a frustrating experience... However, I was in La Vie en Rose the other day. I had the fortunate experience to be helped by one of the most amazing ladies! She took the time to go through many many suits with me. We shared some really encouraging conversation and she helped me through my shopping trip. I try not to go alone but in this case she made me feel so comfortable and far from feeling on my own. I left with more than I went in for and I’m beyond thrilled! I feel confident and excited for my purchases. It’s a real testimony to great service! Thank you!

Staff were great helping my daughter get her properly measured and into a proper bra.

The investors for this place is letting the contractors building the new store screw over sub trades. Luxury Plumbing is not paying their sub trades and thus the investors should be dealing with this. Not a good look for the store

I agree with others, terrible shopping experience. I gathered a lot of items to try on and both sales clerks didn't try to help me in any way. I had to flag a girl down to go in the change room. She watched me struggle to select 6 items from my pile. After trying on, I went to grab another size on 2 items. When I came back a minute later, she told me, with a mean, sour look on her face, that the change room was closed - at 3:30pm, while the store closes at 5pm. Extremely unfriendly, unreasonable, and rude! I went to the cash and put the 2 items I was forbidden to try, on the rack. She told me not to put them there and to hand them to her. I reluctantly bought a couple of items. Would have bought more if it hadn't been such a horrible sales clerk. It was as though they didn't want me to make purchases $$$. Excellent customer service.Had issues with original pair I had bought, they exchanged no questions asked, then suggested something different and better.

Awesome!!!! Absolutely the Best experience I’ve ever had with bra fitting and shopping. Thee Lingerie shoppe is the only place I am going to go for bras, I am a customer for life ! My first visit was in June 2022, I was helped by Linda ( the owner) and I was impressed by her knowledge and how comfortable the whole process was, I was not sure what to expect and believe me, this was such a positive experience that I decided that this is where I was going to go for bras from now on. I got two bras that actually fit and we all know how great that is, an ill fitting bra is awful, being uncomfortable isn’t how a bra should be and I no longer have to endure that. I was back for my second visit in April, 2023 and again I was impressed! I was assisted by Antonella, again the great costumer care that I had gotten on my first visit, I got again. Antonella was so easy to be with, she was so attentive, I felt so well looked after and HAPPY!! Thee Lingerie shoppe is thee(!) Best place to go for a bra.. you won’t be disappointed! I have told all my friends about this wonderful place… it truly is awesome!!

I came in last week and was immediately greeted and helped by Vinny. She was so kind, patient and helpful. It was the best experience I had at a retail store. I will be back and highly recommend.
