I had procrastinated for months to go have my repairs done on a few pairs of my glasses not realizing warranty deadlines were a thing. The gals looked after me quick efficiently and took care of me above and beyond. Thank you so much. My eyeballs and I are very thankful.

Weird reading some of the negative reviews. I finally ignored them and went down. Fantastic service, no pushy sales associates, friendly and helpful. At the end of the day, none of that matters. You want a great product at a great price with optimization of your corrective vision eyewear for your particular prescription. Good selection helps. Skillful fitting is most important. You decide how high-end you want the lenses, etc. You bear the responsibility for poor choices like possibly compromising coatings or lens types. Staff do need to explain these choices to you. I asked lots of questions. No problem. My final choices were fully explained to me both the positives and the negatives of each price point threshold. Having a second pair from their second-pair selection grouping wasn’t truly two-for-one but there’s a lot to choose from. And it’s all quality product. After cost comparing with my usual optician-dispensary boutique, I believe I came out far better off. One pair of designer glasses with clip-on sunglasses, and one pair of CSA rated safety glasses for the shop so I don’t beat up my nice glasses. My advice is take your time, cross-reference with other store price points and package deals - making sure you are comparing apples to apples though. If staff won’t break down the charges, ask for the manager or walk away. I delayed this review ensuring I was happy for a few weeks. Anyway, support your local city stores. I’d shy away from online personally.

Incredible service and generosity from Rose at the front and Doug in the lab. I came in with an unusual request: putting arms from one set of glasses onto the frame of a different pair. They did not blink: a new set of screws for the bore and length. Done for free. I will be back to purchase glasses, because the service was really above and beyond.

I received excellent service from the Optiks representative. He patiently showed me many frame choices and carefully went over all of the lens options with me. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Doug was very knowledgeable and patient while helping us today. We have always experienced great service at Optics with the Opticians as well as the Optometrists. Well done.

Disappointed with my recent purchase at Optiks International. I took advantage of their two-for-one promotion, resulting in an invoice of $1240, of which I paid $600. The contact lenses I purchased for $299 were completely basic, lacking an anti-scratch coating. I paid additional 67$ for transitioning coating) Furthermore, they didn't provide any adjustments when I received the eyeglasses. Within less than a month, the new frame fell off my nose, resulting in scratches on both the frame and lenses. What's frustrating is that I still had a balance on my credit card at the time. To my surprise, the store insisted that since I hadn't purchased a protection plan (another 60$), I would have to pay for a new pair if I wanted it fixed. I spent $400 on a supposedly quality frame that shouldn't have fallen off my head within a month, yet the store believes it's my fault. Very disappointing.

I was helped by a very friendly and professional young man named usam, I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service was excellent . A very Rare find , I recommend asking for Usam to assist you with your Glasses questions.

I had an eye exam and purchased reading glasses. Everyone was very professional, provided excellent customer service and they have a very large selection of frames. Doug was great at setting me up with new frames and going over the best options for lenses. He even took the extra time to fix and clean up my older glasses.
